Abstract

The invention discloses a disperse deep blue to black dye composition and application thereof. The invention synthesizes a compound of a formula (I), and mixes the compound with other dyes and auxiliaries to obtain a disperse deep blue-black dye composition, wherein the dye composition comprises, by mass, 1-20% of a component A, 1-20% of a component B, 10-40% of a component C, 1-10% of a component D and the balance of auxiliaries. The disperse deep blue-to-black dye composition provided by the invention can be used for stably dyeing in a dye solution with the pH value of 4-12, and does not need reduction cleaning. The polyester fiber has excellent suitability for various fabrics, meets the requirements of various fastness indexes aiming at the full-polyester or polyester blended fabrics, meets the low-carbon environment-friendly requirements of enterprise production, and improves the market competitiveness of enterprises.

  8. 8. The disperse deep blue to black dye composition according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the auxiliary comprises one or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignin sulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.
  9. 9. Use of the disperse deep blue to black dye composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for dyeing polyester or polyester blend fabrics.

Background In the textile printing and dyeing industry, disperse dyes become core materials for coloring fabrics due to the dyeing adaptability to hydrophobic fibers such as polyester, wherein the performance optimization of dark color disperse dyes such as blue to black, navy and the like is always an important point of industrial research due to large market demands. At present, the dark disperse dye mostly adopts a multi-component mixed technical route, and realizes the color light adjustment, the fastness improvement and the dyeing adaptability expansion through the compounding of dye monomers with different structures so as to meet the requirements of the fabric on color tone diversity and environmental stability resistance. However, the existing mixed dye has the problems of poor component compatibility, unstable high temperature and the like in practical application, and severely restricts the stability of dyeing quality. Dye monomers with different structures such as azo dyes, anthraquinone dyes and the like have obvious differences in molecular polarity, spatial configuration and interface effect. For example, when some azo dye monomers containing cyanoethyl and phenethyl substituents are mixed with another dye monomer containing alkoxy and amino substituents, agglomeration phenomenon is easy to occur in commercial processing (such as sanding microparticles and spray drying) or storage due to unbalanced intermolecular forces (such as difference of hydrogen bonding capability and hydrophobic group repulsive effect). The compatibility defect not only causes uneven dye particle size distribution, but also can reduce the dispersibility of the dye in a dye bath during dyeing, thereby causing color points and dyeing spots on the surface of fabrics, and the dye in the same batch has poor color reproducibility and large color difference between batches, and cannot meet the requirement of high-end fabrics on dyeing consistency. In addition, with the improvement of the requirements of industry on environmental protection and efficiency, a one-bath process is gradually popularized, and the process needs stable dyeing of the dye under an alkaline condition, but in the existing blended dye, alkali-resistant components are limited, and the problem of low key fastness such as water washing resistance, sublimation resistance and the like exists in the blended dye.
