Abstract
The invention provides a PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of coatings. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) adding nano TiO 2 and a titanate coupling agent into a solvent, heating and stirring for reaction to obtain hydrophobic nano TiO 2 , (2) adding long-chain alkylsilane and a silane coupling agent with double bonds into ethanol, adding basalt powder, heating and stirring for reaction to obtain hydrophobic basalt powder, (3) mixing the hydrophobic nano TiO 2 , the hydrophobic basalt powder and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) into the solvent, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a hydrophobic coating, and (4) taking an absolute ethanol solution of epoxy resin as a primer, spraying the primer on the surface of an aluminum plate, curing the primer, spraying the hydrophobic coating on the surface of the primer, and curing the finish to obtain the PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating, so that the service life of an aluminum power transmission cable is effectively prolonged, the mechanical strength is enhanced, and the performance is improved.

Claims (10)
- 1. A preparation method of a PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating comprises the following steps: (1) The preparation of hydrophobic nano TiO 2 comprises the steps of adding nano TiO 2 and titanate coupling agent into a mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, heating and stirring for reaction to obtain hydrophobic nano TiO 2 ; (2) Adding long-chain alkyl silane and a silane coupling agent with double bonds into a mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, heating and stirring for reaction to prepare the hydrophobic basalt powder; (3) The preparation of the hydrophobic paint comprises the steps of mixing hydrophobic nano TiO 2 , hydrophobic basalt powder and PVDF, adding the mixture into hexamethylphosphoric triamide solution, stirring and mixing the mixture uniformly to form a uniformly dispersed slurry body, and preparing the hydrophobic paint; (4) The PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating is prepared by taking an absolute ethanol solution of epoxy resin as a primer, firstly spraying the primer on the surface of an aluminum plate, solidifying the primer, then spraying the hydrophobic coating on the surface of the primer, and solidifying the finish paint.
- 2. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the nano TiO 2 to the titanate coupling agent in the step (1) is 10:0.5-1.5, and the temperature of the heating and stirring reaction is 75-85 ℃ and the time is 2-4h.
- 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the titanate coupling agent in step (1) is selected from at least one of TC-1, OL-T951, GR-330.
- 4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the mass ratio of the long-chain alkylsilane, the silane coupling agent with double bonds and the basalt powder is 2-3:1-2:15-20, the temperature of the heating and stirring reaction is 40-60 ℃ and the time is 2-4h.
- 5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the long-chain alkylsilane in step (2) is at least one selected from the group consisting of octyltriethoxysilane, dodecyltrimethoxysilane, octadecyltrichlorosilane and octadecyltrimethoxysilane.
- 6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the silane coupling agent having a double bond in the step (2) is at least one selected from KH570, A151 and A171.
- 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrophobic nano-TiO 2 , the hydrophobic basalt powder, and the PVDF in step (3) is 3-5:2-4:5-9.
- 8. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the formula of the primer in the step (4) is that the mass ratio of the epoxy resin to the diethylenetriamine to the absolute ethyl alcohol is 1:0.05-0.1:1.8-2.2, the curing temperature of the primer is 15-25 ℃ and the curing time is 1-3h.
- 9. The method of claim 1, wherein the finish in step (4) is cured at a temperature of 75-85 ℃ for 20-40min and at a temperature of 90-100 ℃ for 20-40min.
- 10. A pvdf@basalt@tio 2 double-layer superhydrophobic coating prepared by the preparation method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.

PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating and a preparation method thereof. Background With the rapid development of the modern industry, aluminum alloys have become the main structural materials in the industry, and the application amount is inferior to steel. The super-hydrophobic coating manufactured by using the three materials has good hydrophobicity and excellent mechanical property and chemical stability, can protect the surface of the aluminum power transmission cable from being corroded by the environment and damaged by frost, plays a reinforcing role on the aluminum power transmission cable on the surface, can effectively prolong the service life of the aluminum power transmission cable, and simultaneously, can effectively ensure the combination of the super-hydrophobic coating and an aluminum matrix by selecting a proper primer, thereby further improving the durability of the aluminum power transmission cable. The spraying method can effectively ensure that the coating is uniformly attached to the surface of the aluminum power transmission cable, and the method is fast and efficient and is very simple and convenient to operate. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a PVDF@basalt@TiO 2 double-layer super-hydrophobic coating and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively prolong the service life of an aluminum power transmission cable, avoid surface corrosion caused by icing, rain erosion and dust adhesion, and improve the attractiveness and long-term durability of the aluminum power transmission cable. The super-hydrophobic coating enhances the surface mechanical strength of the aluminum power transmission cable while protecting the aluminum power transmission cable, thereby realizing double protection and performance improvement of the aluminum power transmission cable.
