Abstract

The water-based silicon-calcium plate coating is prepared from 2-4wt% of water-based organosilicon impregnating water repellent, 28-35wt% of water-based epoxy resin, 4-6wt% of amino resin, 3-5wt% of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.4-0.6wt% of water-based wetting agent and the balance of diluent. The water-based silicon-calcium plate coating has excellent flame retardant property, hydrophobic property and insulating property, is suitable for dip-coating construction of silicon-calcium plates, can obtain the thickness of a paint film of less than or equal to 15 mu m, does not cause the problems of orange peel, sagging, tear marks and the like, can play a decorative effect, and has the advantages of high drying speed, paint saving and cost reduction.

- 1. The water-based silicon-calcium plate coating with super-hydrophobic, efficient insulating and flame-retardant properties is characterized by being prepared from 2-4wt% of water-based organosilicon impregnating water repellent, 28-35wt% of water-based epoxy resin, 4-6wt% of amino resin, 3-5wt% of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.4-0.6wt% of water-based wetting agent and the balance of diluent.

The super-hydrophobic, efficient-insulation and flame-retardant-performance water-based silicon-calcium board coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based epoxy resin is an inorganic modified water-based epoxy resin, and the preparation method of the inorganic modified water-based epoxy resin is as follows: 2.5-3 parts by weight of silicate powder is prepared into silicate water solution with the mass concentration of 4-6%; dropwise adding a dilute acid solution into a silicate water solution under stirring at 0-4 ℃, adjusting the pH of the system to 3-4, and then standing for 6-12h at 25-30 ℃ to obtain polysilicic acid sol; Preparing an aminosilane coupling agent aqueous solution from 1-1.5 parts by weight of an aminosilane coupling agent and 50 parts by weight of water, adjusting the pH to 4.5-5.0, hydrolyzing at 40-50 ℃ for 0.5-1h, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain an aminosilane hydrolysate; adding an aminosilane hydrolysate into polysilicic acid sol while stirring, stirring and reacting for 2-3h, then adding 100 parts by weight of aqueous epoxy resin, stirring uniformly, adjusting pH to 8-8.5, and stirring uniformly to obtain the inorganic modified aqueous epoxy resin.

- 5. The super-hydrophobic, high-efficiency insulating and flame-retardant waterborne calcium silicate board coating according to claim 2, wherein the silicate is at least one of sodium silicate and potassium silicate.
- 6. The super-hydrophobic, efficient insulating and flame-retardant waterborne calcium silicate board coating according to claim 1, wherein the waterborne organosilicon impregnating hydrophobic agent is a waterborne organosilicon hydrophobic agent RUCOSAN B-WB.
- 7. The super-hydrophobic, efficient insulating and flame-retardant waterborne calcium silicate board coating according to claim 1, wherein the film-forming additive is propylene glycol ether film-forming additive.

A method for preparing the aqueous calcium silicate board coating according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: and uniformly mixing the film forming auxiliary agent, the water-based wetting agent and the diluent, adding the water-based organosilicon impregnating water repellent, the water-based epoxy resin and the amino resin, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based silicon-calcium plate coating.
