Description

Water-based nano graphene anticorrosive paint and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of water-based anticorrosive paint, in particular to a water-based nano graphene anticorrosive paint and a preparation method thereof. Background The metal material is an indispensable important material in modern industrial production and daily life, has excellent mechanical property and processing property, and has wide application in the fields of industrial production, infrastructure construction, transportation and the like. However, the metal material is easily corroded due to the influence of environmental factors in the use process, and the ubiquitous natural phenomenon not only can lead to the performance attenuation and the service life shortening of the metal material, so that huge economic loss is caused, but also can generate huge potential safety hazards. The anti-corrosion coating has the advantages of convenience in construction, controllable cost, wide application range, direct protection effect and the like, and becomes the most widely applied metal anti-corrosion means at present. The traditional anticorrosive paint mostly uses organic solvents as dispersion media and contains a large amount of volatile organic compounds, which can cause chronic damage to respiratory systems, nervous systems and the like of operators in the production and construction processes, and simultaneously can cause environmental pollution, and the environment-friendly concept and sustainable development requirements are violated. Along with the continuous improvement of environmental awareness of people, the development of low-VOC and environment-friendly water-based anticorrosive paint becomes a necessary trend of industry development. However, the residual hydrophilic groups and surfactants in the existing water-based anticorrosive paint can form polar channels, which is favorable for permeation of water, oxygen and corrosive ions, so that the coating has poor shielding capability on corrosive media, insufficient anticorrosive performance, and shorter service life especially in severe corrosive environments such as ocean, chemical industry and the like. The nano graphene is used as a two-dimensional layered nano material and has excellent mechanical property, chemical stability and barrier property. The coating is introduced into the anticorrosive coating, and the lamellar structure of the coating can form a continuous barrier layer in the coating, so that corrosive media such as water, oxygen and the like are effectively isolated, and the anticorrosive performance of the coating is obviously improved. Chinese patent application CN110157289A discloses an aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint which comprises aqueous resin, graphene dispersion liquid, filler, solvent, defoamer, polytetrafluoroethylene, sodium hexaphosphate, flatting agent, curing agent, dimethyl dicarbonate and deionized water, and has the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, strong water resistance and good anticorrosive performance, but the added graphene and filler in the paint have poor dispersion performance, are easy to agglomerate, and influence the anticorrosive performance of the paint. Chinese patent application CN109517481A discloses a preparation method of a graphene-containing waterborne epoxy anticorrosive paint, which comprises the steps of carrying out intercalation oxidation on common natural crystalline flake graphite, dissolving the crystalline flake graphite in deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic stripping on a lamellar layer to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution, taking graphene oxide as a filler, adding the graphene oxide into waterborne epoxy resin, and adding an auxiliary agent to obtain the graphene-containing waterborne epoxy anticorrosive paint, wherein the preparation method is simple in operation, low in energy consumption, low in cost, high in production efficiency and easy for industrial production. However, the dispersion phenomenon of graphene in the water-based paint can be improved to a certain extent by oxidizing graphene to form graphene oxide, but the compatibility of the graphene oxide and the polymer still has defects, so that the anti-corrosion effect of the paint after drying is affected, and the stable storage property of the paint is affected. Therefore, the development of the water-based anticorrosive paint with uniform graphene dispersion, excellent anticorrosive performance and excellent comprehensive performance has important practical significance. (II) technical scheme The invention discloses an aqueous nano graphene anticorrosive paint which compris
