The environment-friendly water-based polyurethane waterproof material for the vehicle can be used for waterproof sealing treatment of parts such as an automobile chassis, a welding line of the automobile body, an interlayer of the automobile door and the like, and has the advantages of high storage stability, good construction leveling property, compact coating, no bubbles, strong adhesive force, environment friendliness and no toxicity.

- 1. The environment-friendly water-proof material for the aqueous polyurethane vehicle is characterized by comprising, by weight, 40-60 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersion, 10-30 parts of filler, 0.5-2 parts of wetting agent, 0.1-1 part of defoamer, 2-8 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.5-3 parts of thickener.
- 2. The environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 1, further comprising 0.5-2 parts of ultraviolet absorber and 0.3-1 part of antioxidant.
- 3. The environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the filler is at least one of calcium carbonate, talcum powder and diatomite, and the wetting agent is polyether modified siloxane wetting agent.

The environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is a mineral oil defoaming agent, the film-forming auxiliary agent is an alcohol ester film-forming auxiliary agent, and the thickening agent is a polyurethane thickening agent.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: s1, providing an aqueous polyurethane dispersion; S2, mixing the filler with part of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, and grinding to obtain slurry; s3, mixing the slurry with the residual aqueous polyurethane dispersion, adding a wetting agent and a defoaming agent, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; S4, adding a film forming auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and continuously stirring; s5, adding a thickener into the product obtained in the step S4; s6, filtering the product obtained in the step S5 to obtain the environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material.
- 6. The method for preparing an environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 5, wherein the method further comprises a pretreatment of drying the filler before the step S2, wherein the drying temperature is 100-120 ℃ and the time is 1-2 hours.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 5, wherein in the step S2, grinding is performed by adopting a ball mill, the grinding time is 30-60 minutes, and the fineness of slurry is controlled to be less than or equal to 50 μm.
- 8. The method for preparing an environment-friendly type aqueous polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 5, wherein in the step S3, the stirring speed is 300-500rpm, the time is 20-40 minutes, and the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled at 25-35 ℃.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly water-based polyurethane vehicle waterproof material according to claim 5, wherein in the step S4, an ultraviolet absorber and an antioxidant are further added, the adding time is 10-20 minutes after the film forming auxiliary agent is added, and the pH value of the mixed solution is controlled to be 7.5-8.5.

Background The waterproof material is applied in the field of vehicles to penetrate through parts such as a vehicle body, a chassis, an electric system and the like, comprises scenes such as a vehicle body joint seal, a chassis anti-corrosion coating, a vehicle window and skylight sealing adhesive tape, a battery pack waterproof packaging, a wire harness interface seal and the like, and is commonly used for blocking rainwater, snow water, accumulated water on a road surface and moisture invasion. The related waterproof material adopts a single high-solid-content material, but in practical application, the construction viscosity is out of control and the filler proportion is unbalanced due to overhigh solid content, so that uneven coating spreading, bubble residue, non-compact film formation and insufficient adhesive force are caused, the waterproof sealing performance is further influenced, the corrosion of vehicle parts and the risk of electrical faults are increased, and the service life is shortened. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems of uneven coating and spreading, bubble residue, non-compact film formation and insufficient adhesive force caused by adopting a single high-solid-content material as a related waterproof material, the application provides an environment-friendly water-based polyurethane waterproof material for a vehicle and a preparation method thereof. Preferably, the composition further comprises 0.5-2 parts of ultraviolet absorber and 0.3-1 part of antioxidant. According to the technical scheme, aiming at the situation that a vehicle is exposed to an outdoor severe environment for a long time, targeted durability enhancement is carried out, firstly, 0.5-2 parts of ultraviolet absorber is added, the ultraviolet absorber can preferentially absorb and convert high-energy ultraviolet light, so that the aging process of the material is delayed, meanwhile, 0.3-1 parts of antioxidant is added in a matched mode to block an automatic oxidative degradation chain reaction induced by heat and oxygen, under the
