The water-based acrylic polyurethane finishing paint is a two-component system and comprises a main agent and a curing agent, and is characterized in that the main agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-60% of an aqueous hydroxyl-containing acrylic dispersion; 10-20% of an aqueous polycarbonate-containing polyurethane dispersion; 15-25% of pigment and filler; 3-8% of cosolvent; 0.5 to 1.5 percent of dispersing agent; 0.1-0.5% of wetting agent; 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent; 0.5-1.5% of rheological additive; 0.5 to 1.5 percent of light stabilizer; 5-15% of deionized water; the curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate; 10-30% of propylene glycol diacetate. Wherein, the proportion of the main agent and the curing agent is 4:1 by weight percent.
  2. 2. The aqueous acrylic polyurethane topcoat as set forth in claim 1, wherein the aqueous hydroxyl-containing acrylic dispersion has a hydroxyl number of 100 mgKOH/g.
  3. 3. The aqueous acrylic polyurethane topcoat of claim 1, wherein the aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion has a solids content of 35% to 45%.
  4. 4. The aqueous acrylic polyurethane finishing paint of claim 1, wherein the pigment filler is one of rutile titanium dioxide, barium sulfate and mica powder, and the pigment filler is specifically rutile titanium dioxide.
  5. 5. The aqueous acrylic polyurethane finishing paint of claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is formed by mixing dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether according to a mass ratio of 3:1.
