  1. 1. The water-based filling primer is characterized by comprising the following components of monoaminosilane resin, bisaminosilane accelerator, lauric acid, epoxy modified organic silicon resin, diethylene glycol butyl ether and methyl phenyl silicone resin.

The water-based filling primer according to claim 1, wherein the water-based filling primer comprises, by weight, 35-45 parts of monoaminosilane resin, 1-3 parts of a bisaminosilane accelerator, 12-20 parts of lauric acid, 20-30 parts of epoxy modified silicone resin, 4-10 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether and 8-15 parts of methyl phenyl silicone resin.

The water-borne base coat according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the monoaminosilane resin is selected from at least one of γ -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, γ -aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, γ -aminopropyl methyldimethoxysilane, N-ethyl- γ -aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, N-phenyl- γ -aminopropyl trimethoxysilane.
