The preparation process includes heating, high speed stirring, primary plasticizing, filtering, secondary plasticizing, multi-roller gradient rolling and cooling. According to the invention, zero migration of the plasticizer is realized by optimizing the component proportion and the preparation process, the tolerance to various organic solvents is obviously improved, and meanwhile, the plasticizer has good mechanical properties and thermal stability, and is suitable for multi-solvent contact scenes such as medical treatment, laboratories, chemical industry and the like.

- 1. The solvent-resistant non-migration PVC adhesive is characterized by comprising, by weight, 100 parts of PVC resin, 50-60 parts of adipate polyester plasticizer, 3-5 parts of calcium zinc stabilizer and 2-4 parts of functional auxiliary agent, wherein the viscosity of the adipate polyester plasticizer at 25 ℃ is 2300-3500 cps, and the acid value is less than or equal to 1 KOH mg/g.
- 2. The solvent resistant non-migrating PVC glue of claim 1, wherein the adipate polyester plasticizer has a viscosity of 2800cps at 25 ℃ and an acid number of 0.5 KOH mg/g or less.
- 3. The solvent-resistant non-migration type PVC adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of calcium salt to zinc salt in the calcium-zinc stabilizer is (2-3) to 1.
- 4. The solvent-resistant non-migration PVC adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is butyl stearate and phenolic antioxidant, and the mass ratio of the butyl stearate to the phenolic antioxidant is (2-3) to 1.
- 5. The solvent-resistant non-migrating PVC gum of claim 1, wherein the PVC resin has a polymerization degree of 1800-2200 and a K value of 75-82.

The solvent-resistant non-migration PVC adhesive according to claim 5, wherein the PVC resin is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 100 parts of vinyl chloride monomer, 150-180 parts of desalted water, 0.1-0.2 part of particle modifier, 0.8-1.2 parts of composite emulsifier, 0.05-0.08 part of oil-soluble initiator, 0.03-0.05 part of chain transfer agent and 0.1-0.2 part of pH regulator.
- 7. The solvent-resistant non-migration type PVC adhesive according to claim 6, wherein the composite emulsifier is a compound product of sorbitan monostearate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate in a mass ratio of (2-3) to 1.
- 8. The solvent resistant non-migrating PVC gum according to claim 6, wherein the particle modifier is calcium stearate, the oil soluble initiator is bis (2-ethylhexyl) peroxydicarbonate, the chain transfer agent is dodecyl mercaptan, and the pH adjustor is sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution.

A preparation method of the solvent-resistant non-migration type PVC adhesive is characterized by comprising the steps of fully stirring raw materials, plasticizing the raw materials for the first time, filtering the plasticized materials for the second time, plasticizing the plasticized materials for the second time, and calendaring and cooling the plasticized materials for the second time to obtain the solvent-resistant non-migration type PVC adhesive according to any one of claims 1-8.

The method for preparing the solvent-resistant non-migration type PVC adhesive according to claim 9, wherein the raw materials are stirred for 360-400 seconds at a temperature of 100-110 ℃ and a rotating speed of 1200-1500 r/min, the primary plasticizing temperature is 210-220 ℃ and the time is 300-320 seconds, the secondary plasticizing temperature is 190-200 ℃ and the time is 300-320 seconds, a multi-roller rolling process is adopted, wherein the temperature of a first roller is 220 ℃, the temperature of a second roller is 220 ℃, the temperature of a third roller is 210 ℃, the temperature of a fourth roller is 210 ℃, the temperature of a fifth roller is 200 ℃, the temperature of a sixth roller is 185-190 ℃, and the rolling speed is 1.5-2.0 m/min.

Background PVC glue is widely applied to scenes such as table top laying, equipment packaging and the like in a plurality of fields such as medical treatment, laboratories, chemical industry and the like by virtue of good bonding strength, processing plasticity and cost advantages.
