Description
Wood adhesive and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of wood processing, in particular to a wood adhesive and application thereof. Background The wood adhesive is a natural or synthetic polymer adhesive material which can lead wood to be wetted, diffused and solidified through an interface to form stable combination with wood or wood to be different materials (such as metal, plastic, inorganic board and the like), and is an indispensable core auxiliary material in the wood processing industry and the wood product manufacturing field. In practical industrial applications, wood adhesives are mainly used for bonding wood boards and repairing damaged wood boards. Wood adhesives are of a wide variety, including natural adhesives (e.g., starch-based adhesives, protein-based adhesives) and synthetic adhesives (e.g., urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives, phenolic resin adhesives (PF) or polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesives). The adhesive is environment-friendly and high in curing speed, and has good shearing strength after being used for bonding and repairing the wood board. However, the wood adhesives are all disposable wood adhesives, are irreversible after solidification, cannot realize self-repair after the bonding interface or the repair interface is cracked due to external force impact, often can only replace components or carry out secondary bonding, increases cost, and is unfavorable for sustainable recycling. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a wood adhesive and application thereof, and the self-repairing of a bonding interface formed by applying the wood adhesive provided by the invention to the bonding or repairing of a wood board can be realized. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: The invention provides a wood adhesive, which comprises an A component and a B component which are independently packaged: the component A comprises 10-30% of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-15% of wood powder and water; the component B comprises sodium acetate. Preferably, the mass of the wood powder is 13-28% of the mass of the polyvinyl alcohol. Preferably, the mass of the wood powder is 20-25% of the mass of the polyvinyl alcohol. Preferably, the mass of the polyvinyl alcohol is 7.5-12.5% of the mass of water. Preferably, the molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is 25000 to 300000, and the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 98-99%. Preferably, the mesh number of the wood powder is 20-300 meshes. Preferably, the mesh number of the wood powder is 100-300 meshes. The invention also provides application of the wood adhesive in wood board processing or damaged wood board repairing, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: coating the component A on the surface of a wood board for bonding, then dipping the wood board in the molten component B, and taking out and cooling; Or comprises filling the damaged part of the damaged wood board with the component A, immersing the damaged wood board in the molten component B, and taking out and cooling. Preferably, the temperature of the impregnation is 80-90 ℃, and the time of the impregnation is 3-48 hours. Preferably, the temperature of the impregnation is 80-90 ℃, and the time of the impregnation is 12-24 hours. The invention provides a wood adhesive which comprises a component A and a component B which are independently packaged, wherein the component A comprises polyvinyl alcohol, wood powder and water, the component B comprises sodium acetate trihydrate, the mass of the wood powder is 10-30% of that of the polyvinyl alcohol, and the mass of the polyvinyl alcohol is 5-15% of that of the water. The invention utilizes the phase change characteristic of sodium acetate, when being applied to wood board processing or damaged wood board restoration, part of sodium acetate permeates into wood cell cavities and cell wall micropores at impregnation temperature, and can form slender crystals after cooling, and form firm interlocking structures with the wood board surface, thereby improving bonding performance, the salting-out characteristic of sodium acetate can also enable polyvinyl alcohol to be separated from water, so that more hydrogen bonds are formed between polyvinyl alcohol, further improving bonding performance, sodium acetate crystals in bonding interfaces or restoration interfaces interact with hydrogen bonds formed by wood flour and polyvinyl alcohol, and after the bonding interfaces or restoration interfaces are cracked due to external force impact, sodium acetate crystals in the bonding interfaces or restoration interfaces can be melted at the phase change temperature to permeate into wood cell cavities and cell wall micropores again, and form slender crystals after cooling, and form firm interlocking structures with the wood board surface again, thereby realizing self restoration. The results of the examples show that the sh
