Abstract
The preparation method comprises the steps of adding a brominated aminopyridine monomer, a hydroxyl-terminated diol monomer and a strong base substance into ethyl acetate according to parts by mass, stirring uniformly, heating the system to 50-70 ℃ for reaction for 2-4 hours, and removing a solvent after the reaction is finished to obtain the modified amine cross-linking agent. Deionized water, isooctyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, a TX-10 surfactant and ammonium persulfate are uniformly stirred according to the mass parts to obtain a pre-emulsion. Heating the pre-emulsion step by step, cooling the system to room temperature after the whole reaction is finished, adding the modified amine cross-linking agent into the system, and uniformly stirring. According to the invention, the synthesis of the modified amine cross-linking agent and the matching use of the modified amine cross-linking agent and the glycidyl methacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive system can greatly improve the bonding strength of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive to the PET film material and realize good light transmittance.

Description
High-permeability and high-strength PET (polyethylene terephthalate) stripping adhesive Water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to a high-permeability and high-strength aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive for PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bonding and a preparation method thereof. Background The preparation of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system based on the emulsion polymerization method is one of important development directions of adhesives, and compared with the conventional oily pressure-sensitive adhesive system, the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system greatly reduces the emission of VOCs on the premise of ensuring certain bonding performance, and the characteristic enables the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system to be widely applied to the civil field. And the reaction process of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system in the synthesis process is more controllable, the overall reaction heat release is stable, the experimental repeatability is better, and the obtained product has stable performance. Excellent aqueous pressure sensitive adhesive systems characteristic of making it gradually replace the oily pressure-sensitive adhesive system becomes mainstream pressure-sensitive adhesive systems in the market. However, the light transmittance and the bonding strength of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system can not reach the level of the oily adhesive system in the process of bonding the film materials. The water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive system mainly comprises a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive system, wherein a certain corrosion and wetting of a film material cannot be formed by the water as a solvent, and after the water is volatilized, a chain segment of the pressure-sensitive adhesive system tends to be fixed and cannot further wet a substrate, so that the bonding strength is poor. And the poor movement capability is unfavorable for forming a uniform surface layer, so that the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive system has the characteristics of low bonding strength and obvious light transmittance reduction in the process of bonding the film materials. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the problem that the film forming strength of a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive system is insufficient and the light transmittance is poor, and provides a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive for PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bonding with high transmittance and strong peeling and a preparation method thereof. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: The preparation method of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive for high-permeability and strong-peeling PET bonding comprises the following steps: weighing 10-50 parts by mass of a brominated aminopyridine monomer, 70-200 parts by mass of a hydroxyl-terminated diol monomer, 10-35 parts by mass of a strong base substance and 200-500 parts by mass of ethyl acetate; adding a bromo-aminopyridine monomer, a hydroxyl-terminated diol monomer and a strong base substance into ethyl acetate, stirring at 20-150 rpm for 15-30 min, heating the system to 50-70 ℃ after stirring, reacting for 2-4 h, and removing the ethyl acetate after the reaction is finished to obtain a modified amine cross-linking agent; Weighing 200-400 parts of deionized water, 70-150 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 50-100 parts of n-butyl acrylate, 30-70 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2-6 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 2-4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 6-10 parts of TX-10 surfactant and 0.3-0.9 part of initiator according to parts by mass; Step four, adding all the substances in the step three into a four-neck flask, and stirring at a stirring speed of 30-150 rpm for 15-30 min to obtain a pre-emulsion; And fifthly, weighing 100-300 parts of the pre-emulsion, heating the pre-emulsion to 80-85 ℃, stirring the pre-emulsion at 50-150 rpm for 2-4 hours, continuously dripping 200-400 parts of the pre-emulsion into the system for 1-1.5 hours, and continuously reacting for 1-2 hours after dripping, wherein the pre-emulsion is separately added to stagger exothermic peaks of reaction heat, ensure that the temperature of the whole system is stable, and improve the adhesive property and optical property of the whole polymer. And step six, after the whole reaction is finished, after the temperature of the system is reduced to room temperature, adding 1-4 parts of modified amine cross-linking agent into the system, and stirring for 20-40 min to obtain the high-permeability and strong-stripping aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive for PET bonding.
