Description
Environment-friendly single-component urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder for molded door and preparation method thereof Technical Field The application relates to the field of functional resin adhesive powder, in particular to environment-friendly single-component urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder for a molded door and a preparation method thereof. Background The molded door is used as an important component of interior decoration and household building materials, urea-formaldehyde resin is widely used as an adhesive in the manufacturing process of the molded door, and the molded door is molded, glued and structurally stable. The traditional urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder for the molded door is generally prepared based on the polycondensation reaction of formaldehyde and urea, has the advantages of low cost, quick solidification, higher bonding strength and the like, and is widely applied in industry, however, along with the improvement of global environmental awareness and the increase of the requirements of healthy households, the adhesive powder also faces more serious challenges in formaldehyde release control. In the prior art, typical preparation methods of urea-formaldehyde resin powder for molded doors include controlling the molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea, adding a curing agent or modifier to optimize the gluing properties and reduce free formaldehyde. For example, the products commonly found in the market are modified by reducing the molar ratio and adding a small amount of other auxiliary agents to make the formaldehyde release amount reach E0 level standard (namely less than or equal to 0.05mg/m 3). The technology reduces formaldehyde emission to a certain extent, but is limited by reaction efficiency and material proportion, and the environmental protection level and comprehensive application performance of the technology are difficult to further improve. In addition, the existing technology often adopts a mode of adding urea at one time or simply in multiple times, which leads to insufficient reaction, higher free formaldehyde residue, and possibly influences the bonding strength and weather resistance, thus limiting the application of the molded door in the high-end market. Related content shows that formaldehyde emission standards are continuously updated, ENF grade (namely less than or equal to 0.025mg/m < 3 >) is a globally leading environment-friendly standard, and related regulations are forced to require building material products to reach ENF grade level especially in developed areas such as Europe, north America and the like, thereby promoting innovation of adhesive industry to ultra-low formaldehyde direction. Melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin can form a more stable cross-linked structure, so that formaldehyde release can be effectively reduced, and the gluing performance can be improved, but the application of the melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin in the prior art still has the defects, such as cost increase or process complexity caused by improper modification proportion, and the performance balance is difficult to realize in the scene of special requirements on the fluidity and the curing speed of the adhesive, such as a molded door. Disclosure of Invention In summary, the existing single-component urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder for the molded door mainly has the advantages that the formaldehyde release amount can only reach E0 level generally and cannot meet the ENF level environmental protection standard, the comprehensive application performances such as bonding strength, weather resistance or processability are often sacrificed while formaldehyde is reduced, the control on free formaldehyde is not thorough enough, the reaction process is not optimized enough, and the product performance is limited. Therefore, developing urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder which can not only realize the release amount of ENF-grade formaldehyde, but also maintain excellent gluing performance and single-component convenient use becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field of manufacturing molded doors. The environment-friendly single-component urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive powder for the molded door comprises, by mass, 90-110 parts of formaldehyde aqueous solution, 50-65 parts of urea, 11-14 parts of melamine, 0.8-1.5 parts of an alkaline regulator, 0.5-1.2 parts of an acidic regulator, 1.5-3 parts of a trapping agent, 3-5 parts of a wetting agent and 3-6 parts of a composite functional agent. Preferably, the mass concentration of the formaldehyde aqueous solution is 35-38%. Preferably, the mass concentration of the formaldehyde aqueous solution is 36-37%. Preferably, the mass ratio of the urea to the melamine in the formaldehyde aqueous solution is (9.5-10.5) (5.2-5.8) (1.2-1.4). Preferably, the mass ratio of the urea to the melamine in the formaldehyde aqueous solution is (9.8-10) (5.3-5.5) (1.2-1.3). Preferably, the mass ratio o
