According to the invention, the preparation of the drilling and grinding fluid realizes temperature resistance and salt resistance by precisely controlling intermolecular supermolecule acting force by adding the compound supermolecule acting monomer in a specific proportion, and realizes long-acting shearing resistance of the drilling and grinding fluid by forward synergistic effect of the compound supermolecule acting monomer and the specific surfactant along with the change of shearing strength, thereby having the effects of temperature resistance, salt resistance, long-acting and low friction resistance.
