Abstract
The invention relates to a temperature response cementing plugging composition for well drilling pressure-bearing plugging, and a preparation method and a use method thereof, wherein the plugging composition utilizes the temperature response polymer sensitivity to temperature and oil/water resistance, enhances the retention capacity of plugging particles in cracks, and in addition, the particle size distribution range of plugging particles is optimized, so that the plugging effect is further improved, the existing cementing plugging material can effectively plug 3mm cracks at 150 ℃, the pressure bearing of 9.8 MPa is plugged, the highest pressure bearing of the consolidation plugging material is 14MPa, and compared with the existing plugging material, the plugging composition can effectively plug 5mm cracks at 60-100 ℃, and the highest pressure bearing of 28MPa, has the characteristics of higher pressure bearing capacity and wider plugging crack range, so that the problem of drilling fluid leakage can be better solved.

Claims (12)
- 1.A temperature responsive cement plugging composition for pressure bearing plugging of a well comprising: plugging particles and temperature responsive polymers; after lost circulation, before the response temperature, the polymer bridges in the leakage channel, and after the response temperature is reached, the polymer changes into a liquid state and is used for adhering the plugging particles together so as to plug the leakage channel; the response temperature corresponds to a bottom hole temperature.
- 2. The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 1 wherein: the temperature responsive polymer is a thermoplastic, rubber or thermoplastic elastomer.
- 3. The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 2 wherein: the thermoplastic plastic is selected from one or more of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyamide and polyacrylamide.

The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 2 wherein: The thermoplastic elastomer is selected from one or more of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, styrene slug thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic polyester elastomer and thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer.
- 5. The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 2 wherein: The rubber is nitrile rubber and organic silicon rubber.

A temperature responsive cement plugging composition for well drilling pressure plugging according to any one of claims 1-5 wherein: The plugging particles comprise particles with the particle size of W being more than or equal to d >2/3W, wherein the particle size is more than or equal to d >2/3W, the particle size is more than or equal to 10%, the particle size is more than or equal to 2/3W, the particle size is more than or equal to d > 1/3W, the particle size is more than or equal to 65%, the particle size is less than or equal to d <1/3W, the particle size is more than or equal to 25%, and the particle size is more than or equal to the filling particle, wherein W is the width of a leakage channel.
- 7. The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 6 wherein: The particle size distribution of the plugging particles meets the requirement that W is more than or equal to D 90 ≥2/3W,D 25 is more than or equal to 1/3W.
- 8. The temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for well drilling pressure bearing plugging of claim 7 wherein: the plugging particles comprise walnut shells, vermiculite, mica, graphite, superfine calcium carbonate and polyurethane foam.

The temperature responsive cementing composition for well drilling pressure plugging of claim 8 wherein: the particle size of the walnut shells, the vermiculite and the mica is 2-40 meshes, the particle size of the graphite and the superfine calcium carbonate is 400-800 meshes and 800-1250 meshes, and the volume of the polyurethane foam is 0.25-0.5mmx0.25-0.5mmm.
- 10. A method of preparing a temperature responsive cementitious plugging composition for pressure bearing plugging of a well as defined in any one of claims 1-9 comprising: And uniformly mixing the plugging particles with the temperature-responsive polymer to obtain the plugging composition.

A method of using the temperature responsive cement plugging composition for pressure bearing plugging of a well as defined in any one of claims 1-9, comprising: selecting a temperature responsive polymer based on the bottom hole temperature and the oiliness or water-based property of the drilling fluid system; and selecting plugging particles according to the width of the leakage channel.

The method of using a temperature responsive cementing and plugging composition for pressure bearing plugging of a well according to claim 11 wherein: The oil-based drilling fluid system with the bottom hole temperature of above 60 ℃ selects the temperature response polymer to be ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the water-based drilling fluid system with the temperature response polymer of 80-100 ℃ to be ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the water-based drilling fluid system with the temperature of above 100 ℃ to be thermoplastic elastomer.
