- 1. A biomass carbonization device for soil remediation comprises a heating box (1) and a heating unit (2), wherein a heating chamber is arranged in the heating box (1), the heating unit (2) is arranged on the heating box (1), the heating end of the heating unit (2) stretches into the heating chamber of the heating box (1), the biomass carbonization device is characterized by further comprising a carbonization furnace (3), a fan (4), an upper air pipe (5), a mixing pipe (6), a powder unit (7) and a return pipe (8), the carbonization furnace (3) is vertically arranged in the heating chamber of the heating box (1), the heating end of the heating unit (2) heats the carbonization furnace (3), a pyrolysis chamber is arranged in the carbonization furnace (3), an air outlet of the fan (4) is connected with the input end of the upper air pipe (5), the output end of the upper air pipe (5) stretches into the bottom of the pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3), the input end of the mixing pipe (6) stretches into the top of the chamber of the carbonization furnace (3), the output end of the mixing pipe (6) is connected with the input end of a powder unit (7), the powder unit (7) is used for separating biomass and the hot air from the return pipe (8) and is positioned in the heating chamber (8), the output end of the return pipe (8) is connected with the air inlet of the fan (4).

A biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 1, characterized in that the powder unit (7) is a cyclone separator, the inlet end of which is connected to the output end of the mixing tube (6), the solid phase output end of which is a biomass carbon outlet, and the gas phase output end of which is connected to the input end of the return tube (8).
- 3. A biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 1, further comprising an expansion exchanger (9), the middle part of the return pipe (8) being provided with the expansion exchanger (9).

A biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 1, further comprising a gas distribution head (10), the gas distribution head (10) being mounted on the output end of the upper air duct (5), the gas distribution head (10) being located at the bottom of the pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3).

Biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure relief pipe (11) and a burner (12), the pressure relief pipe (11) being connected to the return pipe (8), the burner (12) being mounted at the end of the pressure relief pipe (11), the burner (12) being electrically connected to the heating unit (2).
- 6. A biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 5, further comprising a pressure limiting valve (13), the pressure limiting valve (13) being mounted on the pressure relief tube (11).

The biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 1, further comprising a middle partition plate (14) and a guide cover (15), wherein the middle partition plate (14) is installed in the middle of a pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3), the middle partition plate (14) is arranged in a forward conical manner, a first through hole is formed in the middle of the middle partition plate (14), the guide cover (15) is installed at the top of the pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3), the guide cover (15) is in an inverted conical shape, and a second through hole is formed in the middle of the guide cover (15).

The biomass carbonization device for soil remediation according to claim 7, further comprising a receiving hopper (16) and a discharging pipe (17), wherein the receiving hopper (16) is arranged at the upper part of the pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3), the receiving hopper (16) is arranged below the air guide sleeve (15), the discharging pipe (17) is arranged at the bottom of the receiving hopper (16), the output end of the discharging pipe (17) extends out of the outside of the heating box (1), and a valve is arranged on the discharging pipe (17).

Biomass carbonization equipment for soil remediation according to claim 1, further comprising a lifting pipe (18), a feed hopper (19), a helical blade (20), a driving machine (21) and a feeding pipe (22), wherein the lifting pipe (18) is installed in the heating chamber of the heating box (1), the feed hopper (19) is arranged at the lower end of the lifting pipe (18), the feed hopper (19) is communicated with the interior of the lifting pipe (18), the helical blade (20) is rotatably installed in the lifting pipe (18), the driving machine (21) is installed above the lifting pipe (18), the driving machine (21) is in transmission connection with the helical blade (20), the upper end of the feeding pipe (22) is communicated with the upper end of the lifting pipe (18), and the lower end of the feeding pipe (22) extends into the lower part of the pyrolysis chamber of the carbonization furnace (3).
