The wire cutting working solution according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the plant extract comprises the steps of mixing and crushing rapeseeds and rosemary leaves, adding deionized water with the mass of 6-10 times, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, inoculating a compound microbial agent, fermenting to obtain a fermentation solution, and adding compound enzyme for enzymolysis to obtain the plant extract.
