Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of polyester filament production, and discloses a cleaning agent for effectively removing carbide of a polyester pre-polymerization filter and an application method thereof. The cleaning agent consists of 2-10% of alkaline agent, 5-15% of surfactant and the balance of water, wherein the alkaline agent is one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate, and the surfactant is one or more of four compounds such as fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. When in use, the pre-polymerized filter after hydrolysis and alkali washing is placed in an ultrasonic cleaner containing the cleaning agent, cleaned for 30-60min at 30-70 ℃, dried and assembled for standby. The invention combines ultrasonic and heating energization through the synergistic effect of the alkaline agent and the surfactant, can thoroughly strip residual carbide in the filter element, avoid thermal degradation of the melt, ensure the quality of downstream filaments, simultaneously prolong the service life of the filter, reduce the cleaning and production cost, and adapt to different polyester melt production scenes such as semi-extinction, gloss and the like, and has wide application prospect.

Description
Cleaning agent for effectively removing carbide of polyester pre-polymerized filter Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of polyester filament production, in particular to a cleaning agent for effectively removing carbide of a polyester pre-polymerization filter, which is particularly suitable for deep cleaning of carbide remained in a filter element of the pre-polymerization filter in the polyester melt spinning process, and ensures the melt cleanliness and the downstream product quality. Background In the production process of polyester filaments, the melt filter is one of key equipment, and a core component filter element of the melt filter is made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and repeated cleaning and multiplexing. The filter has the main functions of separating condensed particles, mechanical impurities and the like contained in polyester melt, ensuring the melt cleanliness of the polyester melt entering the subsequent spinning process, and further ensuring the physical properties and appearance quality of filament products. Oligomers and small molecular compounds are easily produced in the polymerization reaction and melt conveying process of the polyester. These substances can enter the ethylene glycol hot well along with the ethylene glycol steam through the gas phase pipeline, then flow into the ethylene glycol recovery tank and the slurry tank in sequence, and are easily subjected to thermal polymerization and carbonization reaction under the influence of factors such as high temperature, long-time residence and the like in the repeated cyclic multiplexing process, so that hard carbide particles are formed. The carbide particles can be gradually accumulated in and on the filter element of the pre-polymerization filter along with the melt flow, and even if the filter is replaced and cleaned regularly, part of intractable carbide remains in the tiny holes of the filter element and is difficult to clean thoroughly. In the prior art, the treatment method of the residual carbide is often discharged by filling and discharging the residual carbide for a long time when the filter is switched next time. The method has the obvious defects that on one hand, the residence time of the polyester melt in a system can be greatly increased due to long-time filling and waste discharge, so that the melt is subjected to unnecessary thermal degradation, the color of the melt is changed into yellow, the quality is reduced, key indexes such as the breaking strength, the evenness of the yarn and the like of downstream filaments can be directly influenced, on the other hand, a great amount of melt is wasted in the waste discharge process, the production cost is increased, the production process period is prolonged, and the production efficiency is reduced. In addition, the continuous accumulation of residual carbide can accelerate the rising of the pressure difference of the filter, shorten the service cycle of the filter, increase the cleaning frequency of the filter element and the maintenance cost of equipment, and further influence the continuity and the stability of production. In order to solve the technical pain, development of a high-efficiency, mild and environment-friendly cleaning agent is needed, residual carbide particles in a filter element can be deeply removed on the premise of not damaging the structure and performance of the filter element, the risk of melt quality degradation in the filter switching process is reduced, the service period of the filter is prolonged, and the production targets of quality improvement and cost reduction are realized. Based on the above, the invention provides a technical scheme with cleaning effect and practicability through systematic research on the components, the proportion and the application process of the cleaning agent. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims at providing a cleaning agent for effectively removing carbide of a polyester pre-polymerized filter, which solves the problems that residual carbide of a filter element of the pre-polymerized filter is difficult to remove, a melt is thermally degraded during filter switching, the quality of a product is affected, the production cost is high and the like in the prior art. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: A cleaning agent for effectively removing carbide of a polyester pre-polymerized filter comprises the following steps of cleaning agent preparation and application: (1) Preparing a cleaning agent, namely uniformly mixing 2-10% of alkaline agent, 5-15% of surfactant and the balance of water according to weight percentage; (2) Ultrasonic cleaning, namely placing a pre-polymerized filter subjected to conventional hydrolysis and alkali cleaning into an ultrasonic cleaner filled with the cleaning agent for cl
