A cell climbing sheet fixing device suitable for a cell culture plate is characterized by comprising a positioning base, wherein the positioning base is provided with a placing groove, the bottom of the placing groove is provided with a central limiting groove, a plurality of clamping jaws are arranged in the central limiting groove, one ends of the clamping jaws are connected with the inner wall of the central limiting groove, the other ends of the clamping jaws are used as free ends, the clamping jaws are provided with inclined guide surfaces, the clamping jaws can elastically deform or elastically displace, and the free ends of the clamping jaws can support against the cell climbing sheet.
