Description
Injection device for injecting liquid into plant leaves and injection head thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of injection devices, in particular to an injection device for injecting liquid into plant leaves and an injection head thereof. Background In the related activities of scientific research, daily research, crop improvement and the like, the property improvement of plants is often required, and the regulation and control of target properties such as plant luminescence, morphological change and the like are realized by introducing exogenous genes into plants. For example, in the gene transient expression technology, a target gene is transferred into a target cell in a relatively short time, and a temporary and efficient expression system is constructed in the cell, so that the target gene obtains transient and high-level expression, and the method is not only suitable for related researches of cell biology such as gene-protein interaction and the like, but also has wide application prospect in related experiments of various crops and horticultural plants. At present, a common way to introduce exogenous genes into plants is to inject the exogenous genes into leaves or other suitable sites of the plants by means of an injection device. The conventional injection device is mainly a common medical injector, a microsampler or a simple device which is simply modified, and has the defects that firstly, the damage to plant tissues in the injection process is large, the normal growth of plants and the exogenous gene introduction effect are easily affected, secondly, the injection quantity is difficult to accurately control, the experimental error is easily caused by too much or too little injection quantity, the research accuracy is easily affected, thirdly, the device operation convenience is poor, operators are extremely easy to be pricked by needles in the injection process, potential safety hazards exist, fourthly, the control of injection time and the selection of injection positions have high requirements on operation skills, and strict examination is put forward on the proficiency of the operators, so that the batch injection operation is not facilitated to be effectively carried out.
