Abstract

According to the invention, the acinetobacter rouxii (Acinetobacter lwoffii) C25 and the pseudomonas stutzeri (Stutzerimonas stutzeri) C29 with the nitrification and denitrification functions are obtained through directional screening, and the C25 and the C29 are compounded to prepare the composite microbial inoculum, and the microbial inoculum can efficiently degrade NH 4 + -N、NO 2 ‑ -N and NO 3 ‑ -N, so that rapid and stable denitrification is realized, and the microbial inoculum is safe and harmless to fish bodies. The composite microbial inoculum has wide application prospect in the field of denitrification of water bodies in an aquaculture pond, treatment of tail water of aquaculture or biological denitrification treatment of other nitrogenous sewage.

  1. 1. The nitrification and denitrification composite microbial inoculum is characterized by comprising Acinetobacter reuteri (Acinetobacter lwoffii) and Pseudomonas stutzeri (Stutzerimonas stutzeri).
