Description

Medium-high temperature petroleum degrading bacterium, application and oil-containing sludge degrading method Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive treatment of oily sludge, and particularly relates to a medium-high temperature petroleum degrading bacterium, application of the medium-high temperature petroleum degrading bacterium in degrading oily sludge and an oily sludge degrading method. Background The oily sludge refers to the general term of dangerous solid wastes which are mainly composed of petroleum and are formed in petroleum exploitation, refining and storage and transportation processes in the petrochemical industry. The main components of the oil are black viscous colloid formed by fully emulsifying and mixing crude oil, relevant finished oil, silt and water. The oil sludge of the refining enterprises generally has the oil content of 10% -50%, the water content of 40% -90%, good fluidity, a large amount of toxic and harmful substances such as phenols and the like, serious emulsification and high three-phase separation difficulty. In order to effectively solve the pollution problem of the oil-containing sludge, the oil-containing sludge is subjected to innocent treatment to remove various undegradable toxic and harmful substances such as phenol, anthracene, pyrene, sulfide, benzene series and the like, the oil-containing sludge generally contains 20-80% of oil, and the extraction and recycling of the dirty oil and the utilization of residual heat value generate great economic and social benefits. Therefore, from the viewpoints of environmental protection, maintenance and normal production, and recovery of energy, it is necessary to perform reduction, harmless and recycling treatment on the oily sludge. Conventional physicochemical methods are effective in treating most oily sludge, but in most cases, are essentially transfer of contaminants from one environmental medium to another, and toxic byproducts are easily produced during the treatment. In addition, the high-concentration light oil sludge cannot be treated completely by a physicochemical method. The broad sense biological treatment technology refers to the absorption, degradation and transformation of toxic and harmful substances in the oil sludge or soil by utilizing various organisms (such as plants, oil sludge or soil animals and microorganisms), and the narrow sense biological treatment method is that the microorganisms degrade petroleum in the oil sludge by utilizing the petroleum as a carbon source and finally mineralize the petroleum completely to be converted into harmless inorganic substances (CO 2 and H 2 O). At present, the microorganism treatment technology mainly comprises a composting method and a bioreactor method. The microbial treatment technology has the lowest cost among a plurality of technologies, is environment-friendly, has more common application in the fields of sewage treatment, soil remediation and microbial oil extraction, and is one of the main modes of harmless treatment of the oil-containing sludge in the future. Therefore, the microbial treatment is taken as a core, and the research of petroleum recovery technology is combined, so that the development of the high-temperature microbial treatment technology of the oily sludge has important significance for low-cost reduction, harmless and recycling treatment of the oily sludge. The thermophilic bacteria are screened for high-temperature microorganism treatment, so that the degradation of organic matters can be accelerated, and the water content of the oil sludge can be reduced. Most of the petroleum degrading bacteria developed at present are medium-low temperature microorganisms, and the treatment of the oil sludge in a high-temperature environment is difficult to meet, so that the petroleum degrading bacteria with medium and high temperature resistance is very important. As different oil sludge components and characteristics are different, the treatment efficiency of directly adding strain is low and the effect is poor as a result of the synergistic effect of various indigenous microorganisms in degrading petroleum hydrocarbon. Under the condition of medium and high temperature, the microorganism growth rate is low, the petroleum degradation rate is slower, the microorganism method is also required to be targeted for treating the oily sludge so as to improve the treatment efficiency, and under the action of long-term natural selection, microorganism flora capable of synergistically degrading the oily sludge exists in the oily sludge or the soil polluted by petroleum. The microbial flora of the oil sludge is screened, enriched and expanded and cultured, and the microbial flora is more targeted for degrading the oil sludge, so that the quick and efficient degradation of the oil-containing sludge can be realized.
