Abstract
The invention discloses a sphingobacterium genus bacterium, a bacterial agent, a method and application thereof. The invention provides a Sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2026053, and also provides a culture or a composition of the strain. Experiments prove that the strain QY5 has remarkable degradation potential on polypropylene plastics, can grow by taking polypropylene as a sole carbon source, can tolerate the concentration of the polypropylene plastics up to 1000 mg/L, and obviously reduces the infrared spectrum characteristic functional group of the polypropylene and the characteristic product of a differential scanning calorimetry method after the strain QY5 acts on the polypropylene plastics, and changes the thermodynamic property of the material. Can be used for degrading polypropylene plastic residues and environmental load in various environments, enriches a polypropylene degradation strain library, and has wide application potential and market value.

Description
Sphingobacterium, bacterial agent, method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and relates to a sphingobacterium, a microbial inoculum, a method and application thereof. Background Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. Has high impact resistance, strong mechanical property and resistance to corrosion of various organic solvents and acid and alkali. The plastic has wide application in industry, is one of common polymer materials, and is widely used for food packaging in life, such as disposable tableware lunch boxes capable of being heated by microwaves, elastic or hard food packaging bags, pipes, parts and the like. Microorganisms play an important role in decomposing foreign substances, and microbial degradation is considered as an environmentally friendly treatment method, but because of the methyl group on the PP side chain, the hydrophobicity is strong, the biological accessibility is low, and the degradation is more difficult than other plastics. At present, fewer bacteria for degrading polypropylene are found, and more bacteria for degrading polypropylene are needed to be screened. Therefore, screening more PP plastic degrading bacteria has wide application prospect. Disclosure of Invention The invention solves the technical problem of obtaining new polypropylene degrading bacteria and functional identification thereof. In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a Sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2026053. In the above, the Sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain or a variant thereof or a progeny thereof is also within the scope of the present invention. Variants of the sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain or progeny of the Sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain described above have similar or identical functions to the Sphingobacterium (Sphingobacterium sp.) QY5 strain. In the above, the similar or identical function is to degrade polypropylene. In a second aspect, the present invention provides a culture of the QY5 strain of the first aspect, which is a substance obtained by culturing the QY5 strain of the first aspect in a microbial medium. In the above culture, the microorganism culture medium may be a solid medium or a liquid medium. The term "culture" refers to a generic term for liquid or solid products (all substances in the culture vessel, i.e. fermentation products) grown with a population of microorganisms after artificial inoculation and cultivation. I.e. the product obtained by growing and/or amplifying the microorganism, which may be a biologically pure culture of the microorganism, or may contain a certain amount of medium, metabolites and/or other components produced during the cultivation. The term "culture" also includes subcultures obtained by passaging microorganisms, which may be a culture of a certain generation or a mixture of several generations. In the above, the substances in the culture include metabolites. The metabolites may be obtained from fermentation broths of QY5 strains. The metabolite of the QY5 strain may be a sterile metabolite of the QY5 strain or a bacteria-containing metabolite of the QY5 strain. The sterile metabolite of the QY5 strain (sterile fermentation filtrate) can be prepared specifically by culturing the QY5 strain in a liquid medium, and filtering to remove the QY5 strain in the liquid medium (fermentation broth) to obtain the sterile metabolite of the QY5 strain. The bacterial-containing metabolite of the QY5 strain can be specifically prepared by culturing the QY5 strain in a liquid fermentation medium, and collecting fermentation broth (containing the QY5 strain and substances secreted into the liquid culture medium), wherein the fermentation broth is the bacterial-containing metabolite of the QY5 strain. In a third aspect, the present invention provides a composition comprising a QY5 strain according to the first aspect or a culture thereof. The compositions described above may also include other agents (e.g., chemicals) or other strains (e.g., other biocontrol agents composed of strains that degrade polypropylene) for degrading polypropylene. In a fourth aspect, the invention provides a QY5 strain according to the first aspect or a culture according to the second aspect or a composition according to the third aspect functional in at least one of the following: 1) Degrading polypropylene; 2) And (3) preparing a degraded polypropylene product. In the applications described above, the product may be a microbial agent or a microecological agent. In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a product having a polypropylene degrading function, the active ingredient of which comprises the QY5 strain of the first aspect or the culture of the second aspect or the composition of the third aspect. The product is a microbial agent or a
