CN-122012345-A - Bacillus bailii HUB0159 capable of effectively preventing and controlling pathogenic fungi causing camellia oleifera fallen leaves and application thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses bacillus beijerinckii HUB0159 capable of effectively preventing and controlling pathogenic fungi causing defoliation of oil tea and application thereof. The strain is deposited with the Guangdong province microorganism strain collection (GDMCC) at 3/16 of 2026 under the deposit number GDMCC No:67963. The strain HUB0159 has high-efficiency antagonism on 5 main pathogenic fungi causing camellia oleifera fallen leaves, and the bacteriostasis rate can reach 32.33-67.78%. The strain is inoculated to the surface of an in-vivo camellia oleifera leaf infected by pathogenic bacteria, and the result shows that the number of new leaves of the camellia oleifera plant is increased, the fallen leaves are obviously reduced, and the disease spots are inhibited. Therefore, the bacillus beijerinus HUB0159 provided by the invention has the effects of promoting growth and preventing diseases, provides core strain resources for developing green biopesticide aiming at camellia oleifera leaf-falling diseases, and has important application value in constructing a camellia oleifera disease ecological prevention and control technology system.

Description
Bacillus bailii HUB0159 capable of effectively preventing and controlling pathogenic fungi causing camellia oleifera fallen leaves and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural microorganisms, and particularly relates to bacillus beijerinckii HUB0159 capable of effectively preventing and controlling pathogenic fungi causing defoliation of oil tea and application thereof. Background The Camellia oleifera (Camellia oleiferaAbel.) is an important woody oil tree species in China, and the Camellia oleifera has high nutritive value and broad market prospect. However, with the enlargement of the planting area and the increase of the continuous cropping years of the oil tea, the occurrence of fungal diseases is more and more serious, and the method becomes a key bottleneck for restricting the quality improvement and the efficiency improvement of the industry. The phenomenon of leaf and fruit drop of the camellia oleifera caused by pathogenic fungus infection is particularly remarkable, and great economic loss is caused for growers. The pathogenic species causing the diseases are complex, often show the characteristics of multiple pathogenic complex infections, and the fungi of the genus Geotrichum (Diaporthe sp.) and Trichoderma (Trichoderma sp.) are several dominant pathogenic bacteria with higher reporting frequency and heavier harm in recent years, and have great influence on the fallen leaves of the camellia oleifera. At present, biological control is gradually the mainstream direction of disease control technology research and development by virtue of the outstanding advantages of good environmental compatibility, difficult generation of drug resistance, strong sustainability and the like. However, most biocontrol strains are isolated from soil or other crops and are not derived from camellia oleifera plants themselves, so that they tend to have poor affinity and unsatisfactory colonization ability after entering the camellia oleifera in-vivo environment. The condition of fluctuation of prevention effect and short lasting period easily occurs when the compound is applied in fields. Bacillus belicus (Bacillus velezensis) is a gram-positive aerobic bacterium of the genus Bacillus, and is a broad-spectrum biocontrol bacterium and probiotic which are extremely widely applied in the fields of agriculture and biocontrol at present. Chinese patent CN116121104a discloses a bacillus belicus DY-7 which has remarkable antagonism to aspergillus niger (Aspergillus niger), panus funiculosus (Talaromyces funiculosus), trichoderma yunnanensis (Trichodermayunnanense) and penicillium chrysogenum (Penicillium chrysogenum). However, the application of bacillus belicus in simultaneously preventing and controlling a plurality of pathogenic fungi causing defoliation of oil tea is not disclosed at present. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects and the shortcomings in the prior art and provide a bacillus beijerinus (Bacillus velezensis) HUB0159 strain. A second object of the present invention is to provide a microbial agent/biologic. The third object of the invention is to provide the application of the bacillus beijerinus HUB0159 or the microbial inoculum/biological preparation in the prevention and treatment of tea-oil camellia pathogenic fungi. The fourth object of the invention is to provide the application of the bacillus beijerinus HUB0159 or the microbial inoculum/biological agent in the prevention and treatment of camellia oleifera diseases caused by camellia oleifera pathogenic fungi. The fifth object of the invention is to provide the application of the bacillus beijerinus HUB0159 or the microbial inoculum/biological agent in promoting the growth of tea-oil camellia. The sixth aim of the invention is to provide a method for preventing and controlling camellia oleifera fallen leaves. The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: the invention provides a bacillus beijerinus (Bacillus velezensis) HUB0159 strain which is preserved in the Guangdong province microorganism strain preservation center (GDMCC) at the 3 rd month and 16 th day of 2026, wherein the preservation number is GDMCC No:67963. Aiming at the defects of lack of special strain for targeting fallen leaf pathogenic fungi, weak colonization capability of the existing exogenous biocontrol bacteria and the like in the biological control of the existing camellia oleifera diseases, the invention provides an endophytic bacterium HUB0159 which is separated from the healthy camellia oleifera base of Xingning dan Ma Zhen camellia oleifera in Guangdong province, which is determined to be bacillus berliner (Bacillus velezensis) through morphological observation and molecular biological identification, the strain is preserved in the microorganism strain preservation center (GDMCC) in Guangdong province for 3 months and 16 days in 2026, the preservati
