Description
Pseudomonas aeruginosa and application thereof in river sewage denitrification Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of microbiology, relates to a strain and application thereof, and in particular relates to pseudomonas aeruginosa and application thereof. Background River channels are used as important collecting areas of urban surface runoff and pollutants, are easily influenced by various pollution sources such as domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and tail water discharge of sewage treatment plants, so that the water pollution problem is increasingly outstanding, and the aquatic ecological environment and the living production safety of residents are seriously threatened. Therefore, the development of river pollution control has important significance for improving river water quality, recovering water ecological functions and improving urban ecological environment quality. In the polluted urban river water body, the characteristics of higher ammonia nitrogen concentration, lower carbon nitrogen ratio (C/N) and the like are generally present. Ammonia nitrogen is one of important indexes of river water pollution, and excessive accumulation of ammonia nitrogen not only can cause black and odorous water and eutrophication phenomena, but also can cause serious influence on aquatic organism survival and stability of an aquatic ecological system. Therefore, reducing the ammonia nitrogen content in the river water body has become one of the important research directions of current river management. At present, biological denitrification technology is mainly adopted in the aspect of river sewage ammonia nitrogen treatment in China, and microbial strains with denitrification function are added into a water body to achieve biological conversion and removal of ammonia nitrogen. However, under the condition of low carbon nitrogen ratio which is commonly existed in urban river water, the growth activity and denitrification efficiency of the microorganism strain are often limited obviously, thereby influencing the actual treatment effect. Therefore, screening the microbial functional strain which can still have higher denitrification capability under the low carbon nitrogen ratio and low temperature environment conditions has important significance for improving the biological denitrification efficiency of the river water body and promoting the ecological restoration of the urban river. At present, the problem of low ammonia nitrogen treatment efficiency still exists in river sewage under the condition of low carbon nitrogen ratio. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides pseudomonas aeruginosa and application thereof, and the pseudomonas aeruginosa and application thereof solve the technical problem that the efficiency is low in treating ammonia nitrogen in river sewage in the prior art. The invention provides pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is named Pseudomonas aeruginosa in taxonomy and has a preservation number of CCTCC M2026385. The invention also provides a microbial preparation containing the pseudomonas aeruginosa. Further, the content of the pseudomonas aeruginosa in the microbial preparation is more than or equal to 1 multiplied by 10 6 CFU/mL or 1 multiplied by 10 6 CFU/g. The invention also provides a composition containing the pseudomonas aeruginosa or the microbial preparation. The invention also provides a river sewage treatment agent, which contains the pseudomonas aeruginosa, the microbial preparation or the composition. The invention also provides application of the pseudomonas aeruginosa, the microbial preparation, the composition or the river sewage treatment agent in improving the river water quality. Further, the concentration of the dissolved oxygen in the river water is lower than 1 mg/L. Further, the improvement of the river water quality at least comprises the following effects: (1) Reducing the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) of the river water; (2) Reducing the ammonia nitrogen content (NH 4 + -N) of river water; (3) Reducing Total Nitrogen (TN) in river water. The invention also provides a river sewage treatment method, which is to add the pseudomonas aeruginosa, the microbial preparation, the composition or the river sewage treatment agent into a river for denitrification.
