Description
Lactobacillus gasseri for efficiently utilizing tryptophan to produce indole-3-lactic acid and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to lactobacillus gasseri, in particular to lactobacillus gasseri for producing indole-3-lactic acid by efficiently utilizing tryptophan and application thereof. Background Indole derivatives are a natural product produced by the metabolism of tryptophan, and indole-3-lactic acid belongs to one of indole derivatives. The substance is an endogenous ligand of aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), has anti-inflammatory effect, and has non-negligible effect in relieving constipation and inflammatory bowel disease, and regulating emotion. The prior research results show that indole-3-lactic acid can act on human intestinal tracts as a ligand of an aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR). AhR can regulate intestinal mucosa immune homeostasis and epithelial barrier gene after activation, promote expression of tight junction protein, promote repair of intestinal epithelial cells, reduce intestinal permeability, inhibit NF- κB pathway, downregulate inflammatory factors, reduce intestinal inflammation, and relieve constipation and inflammatory bowel disease. Besides, after AhR is activated, the neuroinflammation can be obviously inhibited, and the level of pro-inflammatory factors in the brain can be reduced, so that neurons in brain areas such as hippocampus and the like can be protected, the neurogenesis inhibition caused by chronic stress can be improved, and depression/anxiety-like behaviors can be improved. Lactobacillus gasseri (Lactobacillus gasser) is considered to be an effective probiotic for the prevention and treatment of vaginal infections. The vaginal mask can produce lactic acid by fermenting saccharides, reduce the pH value in the vagina, has stronger antibacterial capability by secreting antibacterial substances (such as bacteriocin and the like), can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and reduces the occurrence risk of vaginal infection. It can inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms by improving the micro-ecological environment of vagina, and reduce the incidence rate of common vaginal infection such as bacterial vaginosis, colpitis mycotica and the like. At present, related research reports of lactobacillus gasseri for producing indole-3-lactic acid by utilizing tryptophan are not seen on the market.
