The SNP molecular marker provided by the invention can be applied to hybridization breeding of pigs to improve nipple number hybrid vigor of offspring pigs and realize genetic improvement of pigs. By detecting the single nucleotide polymorphism and/or genotype of the SNP molecular marker, the identification of the nipple trait heterosis of the pig can be realized, and by breeding the pig with the SNP molecular marker genotype GG, the breeding process of the pig can be quickened, and the reproductive capacity of the sow can be improved.

Description

Application of SNP molecular marker related to nipple number heterosis on pig chromosome 2 Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic breeding, and relates to application of SNP molecular markers related to nipple number heterosis on a pig chromosome 2. Background The nipple number character of the pig is one of important economic characters affecting the reproductive performance of the sow and the survival rate of the piglet. The nipple number of the sow determines the ability of the suckling piglets, and is an important basis for ensuring healthy development of the piglets and improving the pig raising production benefit. In recent years, the litter size trait of pigs has been significantly improved, but genetic improvement of the litter size trait has not been able to keep pace. When the effective nipple number is less than the number of live piglets, part of piglets may not be able to obtain enough breast milk in time, so that growth and development are delayed and even death is caused, which not only reduces the survival rate of the piglets, but also increases the breeding cost and management difficulty. Therefore, increasing the nipple number (Total Teat Number, TTN) of sows has become an important goal for improving reproductive performance of live pigs. Heterosis (Heterosis) refers to the phenomenon that the hybrid offspring of different varieties or lines are superior to the parent in terms of growth, propagation, disease resistance and other properties, and is widely existing in animals and plants. The cross breeding can obviously improve the individual productivity, and the heterosis effect sites are successfully excavated on cross breeding crops such as rice, corn and the like. The utilization of heterosis is also of great importance for the development of animal husbandry. In developed livestock countries, more than 80% of eggs, chicken, pork, mutton, etc. are produced from hybrid commercial generations. In the pig breeding, commercial pigs bred in a three-way hybridization mode based on Duroc, changbai and approximately Duroc have the excellent characteristics of high growth speed, high feed conversion rate, high lean meat percentage and the like, and are suitable for modern intensive and large-scale breeding systems. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an application of SNP molecular markers which are positioned on a chromosome 2 of a pig and are obviously related to the heterosis of the nipple number of the pig. According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a SNP molecular marker associated with papillary heterosis located on chromosome 2 of swine, wherein the locus is rs334177868, the A > G mutation corresponding to 405366 bp on chromosome 2 of International pig reference genome version 11.1, and the genotype of the SNP molecular marker is AA, AG or GG. The SNP molecular marker provided by the invention is obviously related to the nipple number character heterosis of pigs, and can be used for regulating and controlling the nipple number heterosis of pigs, wherein the super-parent advantage of the pigs with the SNP molecular marker genotype GG is obviously larger than that of the pigs with the genotype AA or AG, and the SNP molecular marker genotype GG is the dominant genotype of the nipple number heterosis of the pigs. By detecting the single nucleotide polymorphism and/or genotype of the SNP molecular marker, the identification of the nipple trait heterosis of the pig can be realized, and in the hybridization breeding of the pig, the breeding process of the pig can be quickened and the reproductive capacity of the sow can be improved by breeding the pig with the SNP molecular marker genotype GG.
