The invention automatically discharges accumulated water by arranging the first water collecting pit and the bottom plate drainer and matching the second water collecting pit with deeper depth with the submersible sewage pump controlled by the floating ball switch, effectively avoids soaking corrosion of the bottom plate drainer, prolongs the service life of equipment, and timely finds out abnormality such as blockage, leakage and the like by intensively communicating the bottom plate drainer with the submersible sewage pump through the annular open channel so as to solve the problem of inconvenient investigation of the traditional concealed pipe and facilitate smoother drainage.

A converter gas tank bottom plate drainage system is characterized by comprising a first water collecting pit arranged below a converter gas tank bottom plate, wherein a base is arranged in the first water collecting pit, a bottom plate drainer is arranged on the base and communicated with the converter gas tank bottom plate through a connecting pipe, a second water collecting pit is arranged at the bottom of the first water collecting pit, a submersible sewage pump and a float switch are arranged in the second water collecting pit, the float switch is electrically connected with the submersible sewage pump, and the float switch is used for controlling the start and stop of the submersible sewage pump according to the water level in the second water collecting pit.

The converter gas tank bottom plate drainage system of claim 1, wherein the float switch is used for controlling the start and stop of the submersible sewage pump according to the water level in the second water collecting pit, and comprises the steps that the float switch triggers the submersible sewage pump to start if the water level of accumulated water in the second water collecting pit rises to a high water level triggering height, and the float switch controls the submersible sewage pump to stop working if the water level in the second water collecting pit falls to a low water level triggering height.
