Abstract
The invention provides a steel strip rolling bracket and an annealing material rack. The steel belt rolling support bracket comprises a central cylinder, a plurality of spokes which are connected to the periphery of the central cylinder in an emission mode, and an outer circular ring which is connected with the spokes, wherein the spokes divide a circular surface surrounded by the outer circular ring into n sector areas, n-k sector areas are connected through circular arc ribs to form a plurality of connection areas, two ends of each connection area are respectively provided with a hollow area, two adjacent connection areas are separated through one hollow area, k is the number of hollow areas and is more than or equal to 3, and the upper surfaces of the spokes, the upper surfaces of the outer circular ring and the upper surfaces of the circular arc ribs are flush to form a support surface. The invention ensures that the atmosphere is uniform in the annealing process, the hardness is uniform without chromatic aberration after annealing, the annealing quality of the steel strip coil is improved, and the service life of an annealing material frame is greatly prolonged.

Claims (10)
- 1. The steel belt rolling support bracket comprises a central cylinder (21) and is characterized by further comprising a plurality of spokes (24) which are connected to the periphery of the central cylinder (21) in an emission shape and an outer circular ring (23) which connects the spokes (24), wherein the circular surface enclosed by the outer circular ring (23) is equally divided into n sectors (230) by the spokes (24), n-k sectors (230) are connected through circular arc ribs (22) to form a plurality of connection areas (230 a), two ends of each connection area (230 a) are respectively provided with a hollow area (230 b), two adjacent connection areas (230 a) are separated by one hollow area (230 b), k is the number of the hollow areas (230 b), and k is more than or equal to 3; the upper surfaces of the spokes (24), the upper surfaces of the outer circular rings (23) and the upper surfaces of the circular arc ribs (22) are flush to form a bearing surface (25).
- 2. The steel strip coil support bracket as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the spokes (24) forming the hollow zone (230 b) are provided with circumferential notches (241), the circumferential notches (241) protruding in a direction away from the hollow zone (230 b).
- 3. The steel strip coil support bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that a cylinder (221) is connected at the intersection of the circular arc rib (22) and the spoke (24).
- 4. The steel strip coil support bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer ring (23) is provided with radial notches (231) concave towards the center of the circle, the radial notches (231) being respectively arranged on spokes (24) forming the connection areas (230 a).
- 5. The steel strip coil support bracket as set forth in claim 4, wherein the radial notch (231) includes V-notches (2311), small U-notches (2312) and large U-notches (2313) arranged clockwise along the outer ring (23), the V-notches (2311) being provided on the spokes (24) forming the hollow area (230 b), and the V-notches (2311), small U-notches (2312) and large U-notches (2313) being gradually increased in notch size.
- 6. The steel strip coil support bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that at least one outer ring (23) enclosing the hollow zone (230 b) is provided with an axial recess (232) axially concave.
- 7. The steel strip coil support bracket as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the spokes (24) inside the connection zone (230 a) are connected to the central tube (21) by first reinforcing ribs (242) and the remaining spokes (24) are connected to the central tube (21) by second reinforcing ribs (243), the first reinforcing ribs (242) being of U-shaped configuration with the open ends of the U-shapes being connected to the central tube (21), the second reinforcing ribs (243) being triangular.

The steel strip coil support bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the inner circular surface of the central cylinder (21) is provided with axially extending third reinforcing ribs (211), the third reinforcing ribs (211) being distributed in plurality along the circumferential direction of the central cylinder (21).
- 9. The steel strip coil support bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the central cylinder (21) extends axially to the outside of the support surface (25) forming a boss (212).
- 10. An annealing material rack, comprising a material roll (3) and a bucket (1) with a hoisting shaft (11), and further comprising a steel strip roll support bracket according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein a central cylinder (21) of the steel strip roll support bracket is sleeved on the hoisting shaft (11), the lower surface of the steel strip roll support bracket is in contact with the bucket (1), the material roll (3) is sleeved outside the central cylinder (21), and the material roll (3) is in contact with a bearing surface (25).

Background In the industry of bimetal band saw blades, a toothed steel wire and a back steel belt are welded together by laser to form a bimetal steel belt, and the steel coil is required to be annealed in order to eliminate welding residual stress, reduce welding seam hardness, refine grains and improve the structure. The material rack and the steel coil placed on the material rack are separated through the bucket, so that the uniform circulation atmosphere in the furnace is ensured, the upper steel coil, the lower steel coil, the inner steel coil and the outer steel coil are uniformly heated, and the deformation of the unsupported part during the release of residual stress in the annealing process of the steel belt is prevented, so that the straightness of the steel belt is deteriorated.
