Abstract

The synergistic modified steel hole matrix material is obtained by carrying out synergistic interface modification on a steel hole matrix by using a polyphenol interface complexing substance and a nitrogenous organic silicon compound, the modification mode is self-creative, and the organic micromolecular function regulator is gallic acid. By introducing a composite functional treatment system on the surface of the synergistically modified steel hole matrix material, the obtained steel hole shows excellent seawater corrosion resistance, local corrosion resistance, wear resistance stability and interface adhesion reliability under seawater environment and friction working conditions. The invention has simple preparation process and stable protection effect, and is suitable for long-term marine service environment of the marine cable guide structure.
