Description

Sun-proof polylactic acid fabric containing microcapsules and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of fabric preparation, and particularly relates to a microcapsule-containing sun-proof polylactic acid fabric and a preparation method thereof. Background In recent years, people have comprehensively realized that sun is beneficial to health due to the fact that sun is sunless, and people now recognize that the sun is harmful to health due to the fact that the sun is radiated by ultraviolet rays too much. Therefore, the ultraviolet rays and the serious influence of the ultraviolet rays on human beings are necessary to be known, and measures are taken to treat the textiles in an ultraviolet-proof way, so that the aim of preventing the human body from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays is fulfilled. According to the results of world health organization publication, if the human body is exposed to excessive ultraviolet rays, it not only causes skin black spots, but also suppresses skin immune response, causes abnormality of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), causes canceration, and may cause cataract and partial blindness. The current common ultraviolet-proof finishing methods are padding and coating methods, and the ultraviolet-proof agent is an ultraviolet reflecting agent and an absorbing agent. The ultraviolet absorbent padding method is adopted for finishing, because the ultraviolet absorbent can convert light energy, namely high-energy ultraviolet light into low-energy heat energy or electromagnetic waves with shorter wavelength or harmless to human bodies, and the ultraviolet absorbent can not reflect the ultraviolet light to the exposed face and eyes of the human bodies like an ultraviolet reflector, so that the danger of human body illness is increased. Currently, improving the sun protection efficacy of fabrics is a hotspot of research, but its key technology is difficult to overcome or there are imperfect sites. Rutin has the function of absorbing solar ultraviolet, but has weak binding force with polylactic acid fibers, is difficult to apply to the polylactic acid fibers and is easy to fall off, and the rutin is freshly reported to be used for sun-screening and finishing the polylactic acid fibers. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the first aim of the invention is to provide a microcapsule-containing sun-proof polylactic acid fabric which has good sun-proof effect.
