Abstract

The invention relates to a textile machine with identification of the end region of a sliver, for producing a winding bobbin, comprising at least one working unit for spinning the yarn and winding the spun yarn onto the winding bobbin, the at least one working unit comprising a spinning device for spinning the yarn from the fibers of the sliver fed to the spinning device, a sliver feeder for feeding the sliver from the spinning bobbin to the spinning device, a clearer downstream of the spinning device for detecting at least one yarn quality parameter of the spun yarn, and a control device for analyzing the at least one yarn quality parameter. In order to improve the identification and/or calculation of the end of the sliver for the spinning process, the control device is constructed and arranged to determine, upon analysis, whether a sliver characteristic is present as a basis for the yarn quality parameter, such that the sliver characteristic is indicative of the end region of the sliver in the spinning tube.

Description

Textile machine with identification of the end regions of the fiber strands Technical Field The present invention relates to a textile machine. The invention also relates to a method for identifying the end regions of a fiber strand. The invention also relates to a control device. The present invention relates to a computer program product. The present invention relates to a machine-readable storage medium. The invention relates to a textile machine assembly. Background According to the prior art, in production machines in the textile sector, so-called textile machines, the quality or length of the fibre sliver is detected and/or preset, which defines a specific throughput of yarn to be manufactured in a specific time frame. In this way material production parameters can be calculated and controlled. This has the disadvantage that, in the upstream production line, deviations in the length and quality of the product occur in particular for all subsequent textile further processes. Such changes cannot be detected by downstream machines in subsequent production chains, or can be detected only to a limited extent. Depending on the production, this cannot be corrected at present. In the subsequent production process, production data corresponding to the input is calculated and detected. Influences from the machine environment (e.g. operations) sometimes lead to erroneous calculations and erroneous conclusions. During the final course of production, the detected length and/or quality has no leveling effect on the supplied material. The problems with the material supply, the breakage of the sliver, the entanglement of the roving manually removed by the operator, and imperfections caused by the machine environment cannot be detected by the previous measuring methods based on spindles to identify complete emptying of the supplied spinning cylinder. As a result of this erroneous detection and/or erroneous calculation of the remaining amount of material supplied, the material remains on the machine and must be fed back into the upstream production process. The consequence of such erroneous identification and/or calculation is also that the calculated feed material is exhausted and not actually present. This can lead to, inter alia, downtime of the production unit and loss of production.
