Claims (9)
- 1. An adjustable fiber spreading device comprises a frame (1) and a shaking roller (2), and is characterized by further comprising an up-down shaking structure, a fiber yarn rubbing and spreading assembly and a heating assembly, wherein the up-down shaking structure is arranged on the frame (1) and used for driving the shaking roller (2) to shake up and down so as to enable fiber yarns to generate periodic tension fluctuation, the fiber yarn rubbing and spreading assembly comprises at least two rubbing and spreading units arranged on the frame (1), each rubbing and spreading unit comprises a first side plate (4) and a second side plate (5), at least one translation frame (3) is arranged between the first side plate (4) and the second side plate (5), two ends of the translation frame (3) are respectively connected with the first side plate (4) and the second side plate (5) in a sliding mode, a rubbing roller (8) is fixedly connected to the translation frame (3), a reciprocating structure used for driving the roller (8) to move in the horizontal direction is arranged on the second side plate (5), the heating assembly comprises a plurality of lifting frames (6) arranged on the frame (1) and fixedly connected with a heating pipe (6) used for conducting friction on the fiber yarns, the lifting and heating pipe (6) is arranged on the first side plate (6) and the second side plate (6) and used for changing the contact angle between the first side plate (4) and the heating pipe (8) and the second side plate (5) and the heating mechanism, to vary the distance between the heating tube (7) and the fiber yarn.

The adjustable fiber spreading device according to claim 1, wherein the reciprocating structure comprises a transmission shaft (12) rotatably mounted on the second side plate (5), a plurality of first eccentric wheels (13) are fixedly sleeved outside the transmission shaft (12), a first eccentric sleeve (14) is sleeved outside the first eccentric wheels (13) in a rotating manner, the first eccentric sleeve (14) is rotatably connected with the corresponding translation frame (3), and a synchronization unit for driving the plurality of transmission shafts (12) to rotate is mounted on the frame (1).

The adjustable fiber spreading device according to claim 2, wherein the synchronization unit comprises a plurality of first gear motors (11) arranged on the frame (1), the numbers of the first gear motors (11) and the second side plates (5) are identical, the first gear motors (11) are fixedly connected with the corresponding second side plates (5), the output ends of the first gear motors (11) are fixedly connected with first synchronous wheels (25), the transmission shafts (12) are fixedly connected with second synchronous wheels (26), and the first synchronous wheels (25) are connected with the corresponding second synchronous wheels (26) through first synchronous belts (27).

The adjustable fiber spreading device according to claim 2, wherein the synchronization unit comprises a first gear motor (11) arranged on the frame (1), the first gear motor (11) is fixedly connected with a corresponding second side plate (5), the output end of the first gear motor (11) is fixedly connected with a first synchronization wheel (25), a second synchronization wheel (26) is arranged above the first synchronization wheel (25), the second synchronization wheel (26) is fixedly connected with a corresponding transmission shaft (12), the first synchronization wheel (25) is connected with the corresponding second synchronization wheel (26) through a first synchronization belt (27), a third synchronization wheel (28) is fixedly sleeved outside the transmission shaft (12), a synchronization shaft (29) is rotatably connected to the frame (1), a plurality of fourth synchronization wheels (30) are fixedly sleeved outside the synchronization shaft (29), the fourth synchronization wheel (30) is connected with the corresponding third synchronization wheel (28) through a second synchronization belt (31), and a tension controller for adjusting the second synchronization belt (31) is arranged on the frame (1).

Adjustable fiber spreading device Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of fiber spreading, in particular to an adjustable fiber spreading device. Background In the prior art, carbon fiber filaments are in a bundle shape when leaving a factory, and each bundle contains thousands of monofilaments with diameters of about 5-10 microns. The compact bundle structure has obvious problems such as difficult infiltration, buckling and wrinkling, uneven mechanical properties and the like when being directly used, and a thin layer formed by continuous, parallel, single-layer and uniformly distributed carbon fibers can be obtained through fiber spreading, and the thickness of the thin layer can be as low as 0.05mm or even thinner. However, it should be considered that the heights of the heating tube and the rubbing roller in the fiber spreading device in the prior art are fixed, the heat effect cannot be matched with different fibers, the optimal softening temperature windows of the fibers with different glue contents are different, the heating tube with the fixed height cannot be accurately matched by changing the heat flux density, so that insufficient heating or overheat damage is caused, when the production line speed changes or the ambient temperature fluctuates, the fixed heating distance cannot be quickly responded to maintain the constant temperature of the outlet yarn, the quality fluctuation in the same batch is caused, the contact arc length and the pressure of the fiber yarn and the rubbing roller are not adjustable, the adaptability is narrow, and the rubbing roller height is fixed, which means that the wrap angle (the central angle corresponding to the contact arc section of the yarn and the rubbing roller) is fixed. For thick or tight fiber bundles, a larger wrap angle may be required to increase the time of application and friction to widen sufficiently, and for thin or fragile fibers, too large a wrap angle may result in excessive pressure, fiber fraying or breakage. The fixed design cannot achieve both. Thus, there is a need for a related installation that is more compatible with the needs of use in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above, the present invention provides an adjustable fiber spreading device to solve the problem that the heights of the heating tube and the rubbing roller are fixed in the fiber spreading device, the heat effect cannot match different fibers, and the fixed height of the rubbing roller means that the wrap angle is fixed. According to the invention, the adjustable fiber spreading device comprises a frame, a shaking roller, an up-down shaking structure, a heating assembly and a heating pipe, wherein the up-down shaking structure is arranged on the frame and used for driving the shaking roller to shake up and down so as to enable fiber yarns to generate periodical tension fluctuation, the fiber yarn rubbing assembly comprises at least two rubbing units arranged on the frame, each rubbing unit comprises a first side plate and a second side plate, at least one translation frame is arranged between the first side plate and the second side plate, two ends of the translation frame are respectively connected with the first side plate and the second side plate in a sliding mode, the translation frame is fixedly connected with the rubbing roller, the second side plate is provided with a reciprocating structure used for driving the rubbing roller to move in the horizontal direction so as to apply friction effect on the fiber yarns, the heating assembly comprises a plurality of lifting frames arranged on the frame, the lifting frames are fixedly connected with the heating pipe used for heating the fiber yarns, and the frame is provided with an adjusting mechanism respectively used for driving the lifting frames and the first side plate and the second side plate to move in the vertical direction so as to change the contact wrap angle between the fiber yarns and the roller and the fiber yarns, and the distance between the fiber yarns and the heating pipe is changed. Optionally, the reciprocating structure is including rotating the transmission shaft of installing on the second curb plate, and the outside fixed cover of transmission shaft is equipped with a plurality of first eccentric wheels, and the outside of first eccentric wheel rotates the cover and is equipped with first eccentric cover, and first eccentric cover and corresponding translation frame rotate to be connected, installs the synchronous unit that is used for driving a plurality of transmission shaft to rotate in the frame.
