Abstract

The invention has the characteristics of no need of thermal cutting, difficult edge scattering and improvement of weaving efficiency and comfort level.

- 1. The weaving method of the polyester special trademark tape is characterized by comprising the following steps of: S1, selecting terylene triangular special-shaped yarns as warp yarns; S2, respectively finishing warp yarns into weaving yarns and overlock yarns through warping, and then sizing and drying to ensure that the strength and the wear resistance of the overlock yarns are larger than those of the weaving yarns; s3, introducing the dried weaving yarns and the lockstitch yarns into a full-dull polyester yarn serving as weft yarns through a loom to perform shuttleless weaving and lockstitch, so as to obtain a blank belt; and S4, rinsing, desizing, drying and calendaring the embryo belt to roll the embryo belt to obtain the trademark belt with matte and bright contrast.

The method of claim 1, wherein in step S3, the shuttleless weaving selvedge is formed by pushing weft yarns of upper and lower layers to a weaving port through a swinging motion of weft needles, so as to form a compact fabric structure , when the weft needles complete beating up and withdraw, selvedge needles immediately act, hook the selvedge yarns to perform the actions of reciprocating hooking, looping and looming , form a continuous loop chain at the fabric edge, effectively fix the ends of the weft yarns of the double layers, and prevent loose selvedge.
