- 1. A production process of carbon fiber mesh cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps: unreeling, namely respectively placing a plurality of carbon fiber precursor rolls on an unreeling frame of an unreeling device, tensioning the carbon fiber precursor rolls through a tensioning mechanism, guiding the carbon fiber precursor rolls, and then delivering the carbon fiber precursor rolls into an impregnating device; soaking the carbon fiber precursor in resin glue solution of a soaking tank, and enabling the resin glue solution to circularly flow under the action of a glue solution circulation mechanism, wherein the temperature of the glue solution is controlled to be 45-55 ℃ by a heating component, and the soaking time is 35-55 seconds; Step three, forming, namely enabling the infiltrated carbon fiber precursor to enter a forming device, and forming a blank with a regular grid structure by a forming roller set under the action of a heating system and a pressurizing system through the cooperation of a lower forming roller and an upper forming roller; and step four, winding, namely winding the cut carbon fiber mesh cloth into rolls through a winding roller of a winding device, adjusting the winding speed by a driving motor to match with the previous procedure, and measuring the length of each roll by a length meter to finish winding after the length reaches a preset length.
