Description
Integrated shell and handheld ironing device Technical Field The invention belongs to a clothes ironing device, and particularly relates to an integrated shell and a handheld ironing device. Background The existing ironing device is characterized in that the head and the handle of the ironing device are both based on parts inside the shell assembly, and the shell is of a split type structure, so that besides the parts and the shell assembly, each shell is assembled, the assembling process is complex, the efficiency is low, the sizes of the joint seams of the shells are different after the shells are assembled integrally, the product quality is reduced, and the shell assembled together is poor in strength and easy to deform and damage. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides an integrated shell and a handheld ironing device, aiming at the defects of low assembly efficiency, unstable product quality, poor shell strength, easy deformation and damage caused by the split type structure of the shell of the existing ironing device. In order to achieve the aim, the integrated shell comprises a handle shell, and a head shell and a bottom which are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the handle shell, and is characterized in that the head shell, the handle shell and the bottom are of an integrated structure, the head shell is provided with a head accommodating cavity, the front end of the head shell is provided with a first opening part penetrating through the head accommodating cavity, the handle shell is provided with a handle accommodating cavity, the upper end of the handle accommodating cavity is communicated with the head accommodating cavity, the lower end of the handle shell is provided with a second opening part penetrating through the handle accommodating cavity, the head shell extends along a first axis, the handle shell extends along a second axis, the forward extending direction of the first axis and the downward extending direction of the second axis keep a first included angle, and the first included angle is 90-135 degrees. The integrated shell can be manufactured in one body in modes of injection molding and the like, ensures the appearance to be regular, reduces appearance flaws of products, and has high strength and is not easy to deform and damage. In particular, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the automatic assembly is more facilitated by being beneficial to the assembly of the parts in the head accommodating cavity through the first opening and the handle accommodating cavity through the second opening as a whole. The head housing extends along the first axis, the handle housing extends along the second axis, and the first included angle is kept between the forward extending direction of the first axis and the downward extending direction of the second axis, and is 90-135 degrees, so that the head accommodating cavity and the handle accommodating cavity can keep relative position relation, and the assembly of parts in the head accommodating cavity and the handle accommodating cavity is facilitated. Preferably, the inner diameter of the head receiving chamber gradually increases from rear to front. The first opening part has a larger caliber, so that the modular parts can be assembled in the head accommodating cavity from the first opening part. Preferably, the rear end of the head housing has a third mouth extending through the head receiving cavity and adjacent the upper end of the handle housing. The third mouth facilitates wiring after the head-receiving cavity and the handle-receiving cavity are assembled with corresponding internal components. Preferably, the rear end of the head housing has a wall intersecting the first axis, the third mouth being located at the wall. The wall is used for conveniently fixing the components in the head accommodating cavity, so that firm assembly is ensured. Preferably, the head housing extends laterally from an upper end of the handle housing relative to the handle housing, and the bottom extends laterally from a lower end of the handle housing relative to the handle housing. Accordingly, on the premise that the handle shell is suitable for being held by hand, the head shell and the bottom have larger outline, and the product tends to be suitable for ironing. Preferably, the bottom has a coupling bit for coupling to a component of the ironing machine, such as a water tank. In one embodiment, the coupling position is located on the upper side of the bottom and on the front side of the second axis, and a fourth opening facing the coupling position is formed in the front wall of the lower portion of the handle housing. The fourth opening part is used for communicating the coupling position with the handle accommodating cavity, so that the structure in the handle shell is easily coupled and connected with the structure of the coupling position through the fourth opening part. In another embodiment, the coupling bit is loc
