The sizing agent for the low dielectric fiber cloth is characterized by comprising, by mass, 3.0-4.0% of a vinyl alcohol polymer, 1.0-2.0% of an ethylene oxide polymer, 0.1-0.3% of a lubricant, 0.1-0.3% of a dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3% of an antistatic agent, 0.1-0.2% of a coupling agent and the balance of pure water; The lubricant is a fatty acid ester compound, the dispersing agent is a polyether dispersing agent, the antistatic agent is a polyoxyethylene amine compound, and the coupling agent is an organic carboxylic acid polymer.
