The organic silicon synthetic leather surface layer is characterized by comprising a base layer, a bonding layer, an intermediate layer and a leather surface layer, wherein the leather surface layer is obtained by curing leather surface layer glue, the intermediate layer is obtained by curing intermediate layer glue, the bonding layer is obtained by curing bonding layer glue, and the leather surface layer glue is prepared from the following raw materials of base glue, vinyl-containing polydimethylsiloxane, vinyl-containing silicone resin, a flatting agent, a handfeel agent, an inhibitor, matting powder, a crosslinking agent, a catalyst and color paste.
