Description

Inkjet adhesive for DTF (draw-off film) process and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of digital jet printing, in particular to an inkjet adhesive for a DTF (digital transfer printing) process and a preparation method thereof. Background The DTF (Direct to Film) process directly affects the adhesion, flexibility and printing smoothness of the pattern by printing the pattern on a release film through ink jet and transferring the pattern to the surface of a substrate (such as fabric) with the ink jet adhesive as a bonding medium. The glue on the market is various in types, one of the glue is epoxy glue, namely bisphenol A epoxy resin and amine curing agent, has high bonding strength (shear strength is more than 20 MPa), excellent chemical resistance, high viscosity (500-1000 cP at normal temperature), high curing speed (30 s) and rigidity after curing (elongation at break is less than 5%), and is mainly bonded by using a structure of hard materials such as metal/ceramic, but cannot be used for DTF ink jet (easily blocking a spray head and is not suitable for flexible fabrics). The adhesive is also silicon-based adhesive, namely polydimethylsiloxane derivatives, has good high and low temperature resistance (-60-200 ℃) and weather resistance, but has poor compatibility with paint pigment, low adhesive strength (adhesive force to fabrics is less than 1N/cm), is mainly applied to sealing elements and release agents, and cannot be applied to DTF ink jet (patterns are easy to fall off after transfer printing). The polyurethane emulsion adhesive is aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, has adjustable viscosity (50-300 cP), excellent flexibility (elongation at break > 300%), good compatibility with paint (pigment dispersion stability period >30 days), can be applied to textile coating and leather finishing, can be used for DTF ink-jet, but has the problem of insufficient water resistance (water washing resistance <30 times) of the existing product. In addition, the existing polyurethane emulsion adhesive has the problems of insufficient water resistance (the washing resistance times are less than 5 times), high-temperature yellowing (the yellowing grade is more than 120 ℃ and is more than 3 grades) and the like, and the existing polyurethane emulsion adhesive cannot meet the double requirements of 'high-smoothness printing and high-adhesion transfer printing' of the coating DTF. The acrylic emulsion adhesive is also acrylic emulsion adhesive, namely acrylic ester copolymer emulsion, has low cost and good weather resistance, but has obvious low-temperature brittleness (easy cracking below minus 10 ℃), has poor adhesion with polar substrates (such as nylon) (grade 2 and ASTM D3359), is mainly applied to building paint and paper coating, can be used for DTF ink-jet, and has inferior comprehensive performance compared with polyurethane emulsion adhesive. In addition, the emulsion is also a nitrile rubber emulsion, namely butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, has good oil resistance, but has poor viscosity stability (24 h fluctuation is more than 20%), and has poor compatibility with water paint (easy delamination), and can not be used for DTF ink jet (easy breaking in the printing process) when being applied to oil-resistant sealing. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides an inkjet adhesive for a DTF process, wherein the inkjet adhesive for the DTF process uses polyurethane emulsion or acrylic emulsion as a base material, solves the problems of poor water resistance, high-temperature yellowing and printing blockage of the existing product through formula optimization, and is suitable for industrial-grade inkjet equipment. In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides an inkjet adhesive for a DTF process, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% -15% of thickening agent; 65-85% of polyester emulsion; 0.1-1% of wetting agent; 0.1% -0.5% of defoaming agent; 0.1% -0.5% of leveling agent; 0.05 to 0.2 percent of bactericide The balance of deionized water, in addition, the viscosity of the inkjet gel used for the DTF process is 20-500cP, the pH value is 7.5-8.5, the particle size distribution D50 is less than or equal to 200nm, and the surface tension is 25-45mN/m. According to an embodiment of the present application, the thickener is at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, PEG200, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and polyglycerol. According to an embodiment of the present application, the polyester emulsion is at least one of a polyurethane emulsion, an acrylate emulsion, and a polyamide resin. According to one embodiment of the application, the polyester emulsion is polyurethane emulsion glue, and the performance comparison of the polyurethane emulsion glue and the acrylic emulsion glue has the following advantages: According to an embodiment of the application, the po
