The high temperature of hot pressure triggers ammonium bicarbonate to decompose, drives the pH value of the system to reverse, and promotes the crosslinking hardening of ammonium zirconium carbonate and the film forming base material. The invention solves the contradiction between easy rupture of deep drawing and insufficient rigidity of the finished product by utilizing a chemical latency mechanism, reduces interlayer friction by a micro-rough surface structure, ensures that the finished product has excellent rigidity and anti-adhesion performance, and realizes light and loose hand tearing separation.

- 1. The disposable hand-tearing garbage disc paper base formula is characterized in that the paper base comprises base paper, and a latent hardening glue applying layer and a micro-rough oil-proof layer which are sequentially coated on the surface of the base paper; the latent hardening sizing layer is formed by solidifying latent hardening sizing liquid containing the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of film forming base material; 3.0-6.0 parts of ammonium bicarbonate; 10.0-15.0 parts of ammonium zirconium carbonate solution; A volatile alkaline agent for adjusting the pH of the system to 9.0-9.8; the micro-rough oil-proof layer is formed by solidifying micro-rough oil-proof coating liquid containing the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of vinyl silicone oil; 1.5-3.0 parts of micro-roughness regulator; 1.2-2.0 parts of hydrogen silicone oil; 1.5-2.0 parts of platinum catalyst solution; 0.04-0.05 part of inhibitor.

- 5. The finished product prepared by the disposable hand-tearing waste bobbin paper based formulation of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the finished product has a paper surface pH of 6.8 to 7.2 and an interlayer peel force of 0.14 to 0.19N/25mm.

A method of making a disposable, hand-tearing waste bobbin-based formulation in accordance with claim 1, comprising the steps of: s1, manufacturing a wet paper web of base paper, and drying to obtain the base paper; S2, coating the latent hardening sizing liquid on the surface of the base paper obtained in the step S1, and drying at a controlled temperature to enable the sizing layer to be in an alkaline latent state, so as to obtain the collagen-applied paper; s3, coating the micro-rough oil-proof coating liquid on the surface of the collagen paper obtained in the step S2, and pre-curing at a controlled temperature to obtain a roll paper; S4, cutting the roll paper obtained in the step S3 into paper blanks and stacking a plurality of sheets; s5, delivering the stacked paper blanks obtained in the step S4 into a mould for hot press forming, triggering ammonium bicarbonate to decompose and produce gas and ammonium zirconium carbonate to crosslink and harden by using the mould at high temperature, and demolding to obtain the finished product.
