The system is suitable for small-sized wet areas such as kitchens, toilets and the like, and meets the requirements of industrialization, greenization and overhaulability.

- 1. A dry construction method of an openable and overhaulable kitchen overhead floor heating module is characterized in that an overhead layer without wet operation is formed on a structural floor slab through adjustable foundation bolts, a floor heating pipe is exposed above an extruded polystyrene board heat insulation layer, self-positioning and integral leveling are achieved through mutual occlusion of metal support sheets on the bottom surface of a factory prefabricated overhead module, and a balance plate is paved on the upper surface of the module to form a facing base layer capable of being opened in a lossless mode, so that quick installation, pipeline overhauling, thickness control and thermal performance are achieved.

The dry construction method of the openable overhauling kitchen overhead ground heating module is characterized in that the flatness of the upper surface of the whole overhead module after leveling is not more than 2mm, and the width deviation of the surface joints of adjacent modules is not more than plus or minus 0.5mm.
