The integrated flexible isolation fence of claim 1, further comprising a telescoping support comprising a first securing member, a second securing member, a telescoping rod, a moving rod, the first securing member being removably coupled to a first side of the concrete post, a fixed end of the telescoping rod being coupled to the securing member, a telescoping end of the telescoping rod being coupled to a support rod, the support rod being provided with a plurality of guide wheels, the first end of the moving rod being pivotally coupled to the support rod, the second end of the moving rod being pivotally coupled to the second securing member, the second securing member being coupled to a second side of the concrete post.
- 7. The integrated flexible insulation barrier of claim 6, wherein the guide wheels are divided into two groups, the two groups of guide wheels are symmetrically arranged about the support bar, and the guide wheels in each group correspond to the steel wire ropes one to one.
- 8. The integrated flexible insulation barrier of claim 6, wherein the end of the support bar adjacent the ground is provided with a universal wheel that abuts the ground.
