The invention provides a directional drilling and soil sampling device which comprises a drilling soil sampling unit, a connecting unit and a control unit which are sequentially connected, wherein the control unit is used for controlling soil sampling operation and the advancing direction of a drill bit of the drilling soil sampling unit, the drilling soil sampling unit comprises the drill bit, an electromagnetic sensor, a soil sampler and a fixing device which are sequentially connected, the rear side of the soil sampler is provided with a guiding device, the fixing device is arranged outside the guiding device, the drill bit, the electromagnetic sensor and the soil sampler are of hollow structures, one end of the electromagnetic sensor is connected with the soil sampler through threads, the other end of the electromagnetic sensor is connected with the drill bit in a rotating mode, the drill bit is driven to rotate, and the advancing direction of the drill bit is adjusted through a telescopic bearing column. The directional drilling and soil sample taking device has strong penetrating capability, controllable track, reduced drilling cost, reduced disturbance to stratum in the drilling process, improved drilling working environment and realization of accurate detection of geological conditions of a target area.

  1. 1. The directional drilling and soil sampling device is characterized by comprising a drilling soil sampling unit, a connecting unit and a control unit which are sequentially connected, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the soil sampling operation of the drilling soil sampling unit and the advancing direction of a drill bit, the drilling soil sampling unit comprises the drill bit, an electromagnetic sensor, a soil sampler and a fixing device which are sequentially connected, the rear side of the soil sampler is connected with the fixing device, one end of the fixing device, which is close to the soil sampler, is provided with a guiding device, the drill bit, the electromagnetic sensor and the soil sampler are of hollow structures, one end of the electromagnetic sensor is connected with the soil sampler through threads, the other end of the electromagnetic sensor is connected with the drill bit in a rotating mode, the drill bit is driven to rotate, and the advancing direction of the drill bit is adjusted through a telescopic bearing column.

The device for directional drilling and soil sample collection according to claim 1, wherein the drill bit is hollow and cylindrical, and comprises a sawtooth part and a rotating part which are sequentially connected from front to back, wherein the rotating part is provided with a permanent magnet material corresponding to the driving part of the electromagnetic sensor.

The device for directional drilling and soil sample collection according to claim 2, wherein a U-shaped concave space is formed in the rear end face of the rotating portion, the U-shaped concave space is connected with the driving portion of the electromagnetic sensor, and a limiting block is arranged in the U-shaped concave space to prevent the electromagnetic sensor from falling off.

The directional drilling and soil sampling device according to claim 1, wherein the electromagnetic sensor comprises a driving part and a connecting part which are connected, the driving part is positioned in the U-shaped concave space of the rotating part and is limited by a limiting block, the driving part is provided with a distributed stator winding so as to drive permanent magnet materials of the rotating part, and the connecting part is fixedly connected with the soil sampler through threads.
  5. 5. The directional drilling and soil sampling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rear portion of the sampler is provided with a pressure valve for evacuating the sampler of gas.

The device for directional drilling and soil sample collection according to claim 1, wherein the rear side of the soil sampler is connected with a fixing device, a pushing plate is arranged on the rear side of the soil sampler, a supporting plate is arranged in the fixing device, the guiding device comprises a plurality of telescopic bearing columns which are arranged on the supporting plate, the bearing columns are driven by electric cylinders, the bearing columns apply force to the pushing plate of the soil sampler, and the drill bit is deflected by pushing forces at different positions on the pushing plate.

The device for directional drilling and soil sample collection according to claim 6, wherein one end of the pressure-bearing column is fixedly connected with the push plate through a universal joint, the other end of the pressure-bearing column is fixedly connected with the support plate through an electric cylinder, and the plurality of pressure-bearing columns are uniformly arranged on the same circumference.

(5) During the drilling process of the drilling machine, the drill rod and the drill bit rotate together, so that stratum in the drilled hole is greatly disturbed, and the hole is easy to collapse. (6) In the drilling process, the drill rod is required to be frequently disassembled and assembled according to the influence of the drilling times. (7) Frequent equipment transfers are required when drilling due to the scattered placement of the drill sites.
