- 1. A wellbore drill rod centralizer is used for being installed on a drill rod and being placed in a wellbore together, and comprises a pipe body (3), wherein male threaded connectors (1) and female threaded connectors (2) are respectively arranged at two ends of the pipe body (3), the wellbore drill rod centralizer is characterized in that a plurality of axially extending sliding strip grooves (4) are formed in the circumferential array of the outer wall of the pipe body (3), an operation sleeve (5) is sleeved on the outer wall of the pipe body (3) in a sliding mode, a plurality of convex body blocks (6) which are in sliding connection with the sliding strip grooves (4) are formed in the inner wall of the operation sleeve (5), two end inner walls of the sliding strip grooves (4) are connected with two end side walls of the convex body blocks (6) in the axial direction through springs (7), and a plurality of axially extending flow passages (8) are formed in the head end and the tail end of the operation sleeve (5) through conical surface structures.
