- 1. A roadway impact-resistant support top beam locking device comprises a unit support (1) and a bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9) supported by the unit support (1) and located above the unit support, and is characterized in that a unit support top beam (5) is arranged above the unit support (1), a plurality of rectangular positioning bosses (501) are designed at the upper end of the unit support top beam (5), a plurality of groups of limiting grooves (907) are formed below two ends of the bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9), the limiting grooves (907) are matched with the positioning bosses (501) for use, and the bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9) and the unit support top beam (5) are connected into a whole through a locking device (10).

The roadway impact-resistant support top beam locking device according to claim 1, wherein the locking device (10) comprises a base (1002) welded on the unit support top beam (5), a connecting rod used for hinging a pressing rod (1003) with the base (1002) is arranged in the base (1002), meanwhile, a pressing head (1004) is hinged with the base (1002), and the pressing rod (1003) is hinged with the pressing head (1004) to form a four-bar mechanism for driving the pressing head (1004) to swing.
- 3. The roadway anti-collision support top beam locking device of claim 2, wherein a fixing seat (1001) is welded at the bottom end of the unit support top beam (5), and limiting and releasing of the pressure rod (1003) can be achieved through inserting and pulling a limiting pin (1005).

The roadway impact-resistant support top beam locking device according to claim 1, wherein arc grooves (906) are formed in two sides of the bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9), a pressure head (1004) in the locking device (10) is matched with the arc grooves (906), so that the pressure head (1004) can be just clamped into the arc grooves (906), and limiting fixation of the unit support top beam (5) and the bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9) is achieved.

The roadway impact-resistant support top beam locking device according to claim 4, wherein at least two groups of locking devices (10) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the unit support top beam (5), a plurality of arc-shaped grooves (906) are formed on the side of an upper platform beam section (901) of the bridge type energy-absorbing top beam (9), and the distance between two unit supports (1) is adjusted by matching with the locking devices (10).

The roof beam locking device of a tunnel impact-resistant support as set forth in claim 5, wherein the number of the arc-shaped grooves (906) is an integer multiple of the number of the locking devices (10), and multi-gear width adjustment is formed to improve the adaptability of the support to the tunnel.

Background Rock burst is one of typical dynamic disasters affecting mine mining safety, and large-scale mining of coal has been performed for many years to greatly reduce occurrence of shallow coal seams, and deep mining is continued to be performed to meet requirements. However, as the mining depth increases, the ground stress characteristics, surrounding rock stress states, coal stress levels, occurrence environments and other aspects of the coal seam become more complex. The hydraulic support adopted by the fully mechanized mining face has high strength and density and stronger capability of resisting rock burst. The roadway is used as a key passage for underground mining, is an important underground structure for transportation, drainage and ventilation, and the supporting strength and the supporting density of the hydraulic support in the roadway cannot reach the level of a working surface due to the special requirements of the roadway. The number of times of tunnel rock burst in China accounts for about 90% of the total number of coal mine rock burst, and as the tunnel excavation time increases, the elastic region of the overlying strata gradually transforms to the plastic region and the plastic region gradually transforms to the crushing region, so that the support of the tunnel and the resistance to the rock burst are extremely important in order to ensure the safe and effective stoping work.
