3. 3. A blower using a reusable sound deadening material as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the wire mesh is made of stainless steel or a ferrous material.
4. 4. A blower employing a reusable sound deadening material as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the wire net is a scrap metal material.
5. 5. A blower using a reusable sound deadening material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mesh of the wire net is rectangular, and has a length of 0.2 to 1.5cm and a width of 0.2 to 1.5cm.
