Claims (20)

  1. 1. A multidirectional transmission gear box is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein a main gear is arranged in the box body, the main gear is rotatably arranged in the box body, at least two side gears which are rotatably arranged are further arranged in the box body, adjacent side gears are arranged at intervals and are meshed with the main gear, at least two axes of the side gears are arranged in a staggered mode, the outer side section of each side gear is supported by the box body, a stabilizing piece is arranged on the inner side of each side gear and is directly or indirectly coupled with the stabilizing piece, the side gears and the stabilizing piece are rotatably arranged relatively, the stabilizing piece is fixedly connected in the box body in the circumferential direction, and the stabilizing piece is configured to support the side gears at the inner side ends of the side gears and limit the side gears to shake along the radial direction of the stabilizing piece.
  2. 2. A multi-directional transmission gearbox according to claim 1 wherein the outer end of each side gear is provided with a side bearing by which the side gears are connected to the housing.

The multi-directional transmission gearbox as set forth in claim 2, wherein the side gears include outer extending portions extending outward of the gearbox, the outer extending portions being cylindrical, the side bearing members being sleeved on the outer extending portions, the outer extending portions being provided with transmission insertion holes configured for insertion of the transmission rods on the side gears.
  4. 4. A multidirectional transmission gearbox according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the side bearing member is a plain bearing, and the side bearing member is provided with lubrication grooves.
  5. 5. The multi-way drive gearbox as set forth in claim 4, wherein the housing defines a circumferential groove and the side bearing is disposed in the circumferential groove.

The multi-directional transmission gearbox as set forth in claim 5, wherein the gearbox body comprises an upper half and a lower half, wherein the upper half is provided with an upper half ring groove, the lower half is provided with a lower half ring groove, the upper half and the lower half are connected through screws, and after the upper half ring groove and the lower half ring groove are connected, the upper half ring groove and the lower half ring groove are spliced into the ring groove.

The multi-directional transmission gearbox as set forth in claim 1, wherein the stabilizing members comprise stabilizing portions of the same number as the side gears, the stabilizing portions are oriented in the same direction and coaxial with the axial direction of the corresponding side gears, and the stabilizing portions are in plug-in fit with the side gears.
  8. 8. A multidirectional transmission gearbox according to claim 7 wherein the side gears are four in number, each side gear being arranged in the circumferential direction of the main gear and each side gear facing in a different direction, respectively, and the stabilizer is cross-shaped and has four stabilizers.
  9. 9. A multidirectional transmission gear box according to claim 7, wherein the side gear comprises an inner extension part extending into the box body, the inner extension part is in plug-in fit with the stabilizing part, one of the inner extension part and the stabilizing part is provided with a circular groove, and the other is a cylinder with the diameter equal to that of the circular groove.

A multidirectional transmission gear box according to claim 7 wherein the side gears are connected with a transmission rod, the end part of the transmission rod positioned in the box body exceeds the side gears and is connected with the stabilizing part in an inserting mode, one of the end part and the stabilizing part is provided with a round groove, and the other end part and the stabilizing part are cylinders with the diameters equal to the diameters of the round grooves.
  11. 11. A multidirectional transmission gearbox according to claim 7 wherein the side gears are three in total and the stabilizer is T-shaped and has three stabilizers.
  12. 12. A multidirectional transmission gearbox according to claim 7 wherein there are two side gears and the stabilizer is L-shaped and has two stabilizers.
  13. 13. The multi-way drive gear box according to claim 7, wherein the stabilizing part is sleeve-shaped, a lubrication groove is formed in the inner wall of the stabilizing part, a baffle is arranged at the inner end of the stabilizing part, and the baffle is configured to block the side gear along the axial direction of the side gear.

The multi-directional transmission gearbox as set forth in claim 1, wherein the housing comprises an upper half and a lower half, the upper half and the lower half being connected by screws, the main gear being disposed in the lower half, and the side gears being disposed between the upper half and the lower half.

A multi-directional transmission gearbox as set forth in claim 14 wherein the main gear is connected to a rotating member having a main bearing member thereon, the rotating member having a rotating bearing member thereon, the main bearing member and the rotating bearing member being mounted in the lower half.
  16. 16. A multi-way drive gearbox according to claim 15 wherein the main bearing member and the rotational bearing member are received in the lower half from above and below the lower half, respectively.
  17. 17. A multi-way drive gearbox according to claim 1 or 7 or 14 characterised in that the stabilizing member is integrally formed with the housing.
  18. 18. A multidirectional transmission gear box according to claim 1, 7 or 14, wherein the stabilizer is in plug-in fit with the box body, a protruding rotation limiting rod is arranged on the stabilizer or the box body, a rotation limiting hole is arranged on the other one of the stabilizer or the box body, and the rotation limiting rod is inserted in the rotation limiting hole and configured to limit rotation of the stabilizer relative to the box body.
  19. 19. The multi-way drive gearbox of claim 18 wherein the rotation limiting rod is a hexagonal rod and the rotation limiting aperture is a hexagonal slot.
  20. 20. A multidirectional transmission gear box according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizing member is provided separately from the main gear, and the main gear is mounted at a lower end position in the box body, and the stabilizing member is mounted at an upper end position in the box body.
