This all-welded butterfly valve, through split type drive valve rod setting, can at first make the peripheral sealing ring cover of valve plate body bleed when last valve rod is rotatory, reduce the laminating degree between sealing ring cover and the valve body inner wall, make its sealing gum cover can not produce great degree friction with the valve body inner wall when rotatory, improve sealing gum cover life to and the required energy consumption when opening the valve plate body is reduced.

- 1. The full-welding butterfly valve comprises a butterfly valve body (1) and an execution valve seat (2) arranged at the upper end of the butterfly valve body (1), wherein a positioning block (3) is arranged at the middle part of the lower end of the butterfly valve body (1), a valve plate body (4) is arranged in the butterfly valve body (1), a driving valve rod (5) is inserted into the middle part of the valve plate body (4), and the upper end of the driving valve rod (5) is connected with a driving part in the execution valve seat (2), and the full-welding butterfly valve is characterized in that a sealing ring sleeve (6) is arranged at the periphery of the valve plate body (4), the sealing ring sleeve (6) is used for guaranteeing tightness between the valve plate body (4) and the butterfly valve body (1), the driving valve rod (5) comprises an upper valve rod (501) and a lower valve rod (502), the lower valve rod (502) and the valve plate body (4) are mutually fixed, an inflating part is arranged between the upper valve rod (501) and the lower valve rod (502), and the inflating part is used for controlling expansion and contraction of the sealing ring sleeve (6).
- 2. The full-welded butterfly valve of claim 1 wherein the valve plate body (4) is uniformly provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs (21), the reinforcing ribs (21) are made of steel materials, and the reinforcing ribs (21) and the valve plate body (4) are welded and fixed.
- 3. The full-welding butterfly valve of claim 1, wherein the upper valve rod (501) can rotate on the lower valve rod (502), the lower end of the lower valve rod (502) is inserted into the positioning block (3), and the lower valve rod (502) can rotate on the positioning block (3).

The full-welding butterfly valve according to claim 4, wherein the power block (7) at the lower end of the upper valve rod (501) and the limit stop (9) in the abutting groove (8) of the lower valve rod (502) are in a non-contact state in an initial state, and the movable disc (10) at the lower end of the power block (7) can rotate on the lower valve rod (502).

The full-welding butterfly valve of claim 5, wherein the surface profiles of the extrusion block (12) at the lower end of the transmission rod (11) and the compression block (14) above the adjusting pressure plate (13) are arc-shaped, and the adjusting pressure plate (13) forms an elastic telescopic structure through the auxiliary spring (15) and the lower valve rod (502).

The full-welding butterfly valve of claim 6, wherein the lower end of the adjusting pressure plate (13) is not contacted with the upper surface of the main rubber sleeve (16) in an initial state, the main rubber sleeve (16) and the sealing ring sleeve (6) are of hollow structures, the main rubber sleeve (16) and the sealing ring sleeve (6) are made of elastic rubber, and air flow in the main rubber sleeve (16) can enter the sealing ring sleeve (6) through the air pipe (18).

The full-welding butterfly valve of claim 7, wherein the main rubber sleeve (16) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (17), the supporting plate (17) can slide in the lower valve rod (502), a supporting column (19) is fixed at the lower end of the supporting plate (17), and a regulating and controlling inserting rod (20) is inserted into the supporting column (19).

The full-welding butterfly valve of claim 8 wherein the control plunger (20) is threadably coupled to the support post (19), wherein the cross-section of the support post (19) is configured as a rectangular configuration, wherein the support post (19) is configured to slide over the lower stem (502), and wherein the control plunger (20) is configured to rotate over the lower stem (502).

All-welded butterfly valve Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of butterfly valves, in particular to an all-welded butterfly valve. Background The butterfly valve is a key and widely used industrial fluid control device, a disc-shaped valve clack is arranged in a valve body of the butterfly valve and is fixed on a valve rod, and the butterfly plate can rotate in a valve seat like a butterfly wing by rotating the valve rod, so that the passing of fluid is controlled. The leakage-proof electric butterfly valve comprises a valve body and a valve seat which is centrally arranged at the top end of the valve body, wherein a valve rod is rotatably arranged in the valve seat, a hand wheel is fixedly arranged at the top end of the valve rod, a closing mechanism for plugging the valve body is movably arranged at one end of the valve rod extending into the valve body, the bottom end of the valve rod is rotatably connected to the inner bottom end of the valve body, the closing mechanism comprises a sleeve, a through hole for detachably installing the valve rod is centrally arranged at the top end of the sleeve, butterfly plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the sleeve, arc grooves are respectively formed at two sides of the outer edge surface of the butterfly plates, arc sealing strips are respectively fixedly adhered in the arc grooves, arc grooves are respectively and centrally arranged at two sides of the inner edge surface of the valve body, and arc sealing strips are respectively and fixedly arranged in the two arc grooves. In order to ensure the tightness between the valve plate and the valve body, the rubber sealing ring is generally wrapped around the circumference of the valve body, however, the rubber sealing ring is not adjustable, and the rubber sealing ring needs to have a sealing function, so that the rubber sealing ring is necessarily required to be tightly attached to the valve body, after the valve plate is rotated and opened, the rubber sealing ring is easy to generate a large degree of friction with the valve body, and is used for a long time, the sealing ring is easy to generate rapid abrasion, and meanwhile, the friction resistance between the rubber sealing ring and the valve body is large, so that the rubber sealing ring needs to be tightly attached to the valve body, and the operation of a manual, electric or pneumatic executing mechanism needs larger energy consumption. We have therefore proposed an all-welded butterfly valve in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an all-welded butterfly valve, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when the butterfly valve is used, in order to ensure the tightness between a valve plate and a valve body, a rubber sealing ring is generally wrapped around the circumference of the valve body, but the rubber sealing ring is not adjustable, and the rubber sealing ring needs to be tightly attached to the valve body, so that the rubber sealing ring is required to be tightly attached to the valve body, after the valve plate is rotated and opened, a large degree of friction is easy to occur between the rubber sealing ring and the valve body, the sealing ring is easy to quickly wear after long-term use, and meanwhile, the friction resistance between the rubber sealing ring and the valve body is large because the rubber sealing ring needs to be tightly attached to the valve body, and larger energy consumption is required when a manual, electric or pneumatic executing mechanism is operated.
