Abstract

Claims (10)
- 1. A tire valve, comprising: A pipe member including an inner face, an inner passage defined by the inner face and extending through the large diameter pipe section, and a large diameter pipe section The valve group comprises a sealing part which is movably inserted into the inner channel and can be actuated to enable the sealing part to be abutted against the inner surface so as to block the inner channel or enable the sealing part not to be abutted against the inner surface so as not to block the inner channel; When the pipe fitting penetrates through a wheel frame, the large-diameter pipe section penetrates into an inner space of the wheel frame, and the position of the sealing part abutting against the inner face is located in the inner space of the wheel frame.
- 2. The tire valve of claim 1, wherein the valve assembly includes a valve spool including an axial bore and at least one side bore in communication with the axial bore, the at least one side bore in communication with the internal passageway.
- 3. The tire valve of claim 2, wherein the tube further comprises a first shoulder protruding from the inner surface, and the valve core further comprises a second shoulder, the valve core being movable such that the second shoulder is stopped by the first shoulder.
- 4. The tire valve of claim 3, wherein the sealing portion abuts the inner face to block the interior passage when the second shoulder is stopped by the first shoulder.
- 5. The tire valve of claim 1, wherein the tube further comprises an upper section and a lower section, the upper section extending out of the wheel frame for connecting to an inflation device when the tube is threaded through the wheel frame, the lower section comprising the large diameter tube section and a gas outlet.
- 6. The tire valve of claim 4, further comprising a valve stem seal disposed over a distal end of the tube, the valve block further comprising a valve core seal disposed over the valve core, the valve core seal abutting the inner face to block the internal passage, the valve core extending beyond the tube, a fastener threadably secured to the tube, a wheel seal disposed over the tube between the large diameter tube and the fastener for tensioning the tube and forcing the wheel seal against the outer side of the wheel.
- 7. The tire valve of any one of claims 1-6, wherein one end of the tube is provided with a removable end cap having at least one through hole communicating with the interior passageway.
- 8. The tire valve of claim 7, further comprising an elastic member that is disposed between the valve assembly and the end cap.
- 9. The tire valve of claim 8, wherein the elastic member is a coil spring, the valve assembly further comprises a sleeve shaft, the end cap comprises a protrusion, and the elastic member is sleeved on the sleeve shaft and the protrusion.
- 10. The tire valve of claim 9, wherein the sleeve has a length in an axial direction of the tube that is not less than the length of the large diameter tube section.
Description
Tyre air tap Technical Field The present invention relates to an inflation/deflation member, and more particularly to a tire valve. Background The tire valve is mounted on the wheel frame and protrudes out of the wheel frame for inflation or deflation. The existing tyre air tap mainly comprises a valve rod arranged in an air tap seat, and a valve group arranged in the valve rod for controlling the conduction or closure of air, so that the tyre has a certain tyre pressure. The valve stem of the existing tire valve has a large diameter pipe section for providing a large gas flow space with the valve block to achieve a large gas flow. However, when the conventional tire valve is mounted to the wheel frame, the large diameter tube section of the valve rod passes through the wheel frame and is located outside the wheel frame, and the portion of the valve rod protruding outside the wheel frame needs to further include a connecting section for connecting the inflating device, so that the conventional valve rod has a larger axial dimension, which greatly increases the overall length of the conventional tire valve, and is also susceptible to breakage caused by external force. Accordingly, there is a need for a new and improved tire valve that addresses the above-described problems. Disclosure of Invention The main object of the present invention is to provide a tire valve which can shorten the overall length and reduce the risk of breakage due to external force. The invention provides a tire valve comprising a pipe, a valve group and a valve assembly, wherein the pipe comprises an inner face, an inner channel and a large-diameter pipe section, the inner channel is defined by the inner face and extends through the large-diameter pipe section, the valve group comprises a sealing part which is movably inserted into the inner channel and can be operated to enable the sealing part to be abutted against the inner face to block the inner channel or enable the sealing part to be not abutted against the inner face to block the inner channel, when the pipe passes through a wheel frame, the large-diameter pipe section penetrates into an inner space of the wheel frame, and the position of the sealing part abutted against the inner face is located in the inner space of the wheel frame. The valve group comprises a valve core, the valve core comprises a shaft hole and at least one side hole communicated with the shaft hole, and the at least one side hole is communicated with the internal channel. The pipe fitting further comprises a first shoulder protruding from the inner surface, the valve core further comprises a second shoulder, and the valve core can move to enable the second shoulder to be stopped by the first shoulder. When the second shoulder is stopped by the first shoulder, the sealing part is abutted against the inner surface to block the inner channel. The pipe fitting further comprises an upper section and a lower section, when the pipe fitting penetrates through the wheel frame, the upper section extends out of the wheel frame to be connected with an inflating device, and the lower section comprises the large-diameter pipe section and a gas outlet. The valve block further comprises a valve core sealing element sleeved on one end part of the pipe fitting, the valve core sealing element can be abutted against the inner face to block the inner channel, the valve core extends to protrude out of the pipe fitting, a fastening element is screwed on the pipe fitting, a wheel frame sealing element is sleeved on the pipe fitting and located between the large-diameter pipe section and the fastening element, and the fastening element is used for tensioning the pipe fitting and forcing the wheel frame sealing element to tightly prop against the outer side of the wheel frame. One end of the pipe fitting is provided with a detachable end cover, and the end cover is provided with at least one through hole communicated with the internal channel. The tyre air tap further comprises an elastic piece which is propped between the valve group and the end cover. The elastic piece is a ring-shaped spring, the valve group further comprises a sleeve shaft, the end cover comprises a convex part, and the elastic piece is sleeved on the sleeve shaft and the convex part. In an axial direction of the pipe, the length of the sleeve shaft is not less than the length of the large-diameter pipe section. The tire air valve has the beneficial effects that the overall length can be shortened, and the risk of breakage caused by external force can be reduced.
