Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of quick leveling, in particular to a quick leveling device applied to an external field, which comprises an adjusting platform, an installing seat, at least three springs, at least three height adjusting mechanisms and at least three height detection sensors, wherein the springs, the at least three height adjusting mechanisms and the at least three height detection sensors are uniformly arranged between the adjusting platform and the installing seat, each height adjusting mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a leveling roller assembly and a wedge-shaped roller path, the wedge-shaped roller path is connected with the driving assembly, the leveling roller assembly is abutted with the wedge-shaped roller path, and when the height detection sensor detects that the height value of the position of the leveling roller assembly is smaller than or higher than a preset threshold value, the driving assembly corresponding to the height detection sensor drives the wedge-shaped roller path to move, and then drives the leveling roller assembly to move up and down, so that the height of the adjusting platform in the area near the height detection sensor is adjusted. The invention has the advantages that the automatic adjustment of the adjustment platform is realized by arranging the height adjusting mechanism and the height detecting sensor, and the accuracy of adjustment is ensured.

- 1. The quick leveling device applied to the external field is characterized by comprising an adjusting platform, an installing seat, at least three springs, at least three height adjusting mechanisms and at least three height detecting sensors, wherein the at least three springs, the at least three height adjusting mechanisms and the at least three height detecting sensors are uniformly arranged between the adjusting platform and the installing seat; when any one of the height detection sensors detects that the height value of the position where the height detection sensor is located is smaller than or higher than a preset threshold value, the driving assembly corresponding to the height detection sensor drives the wedge-shaped roller path to move, and then drives the leveling roller assembly to move up and down, so that the height of the adjustment platform located in the area near the height detection sensor is adjusted.
- 2. The rapid leveling device for an external field according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a power source and a screw coupled to an output of the power source.

The device for quickly leveling a field according to claim 1, wherein the height adjusting mechanism further comprises a fixing frame, an upper surface of the fixing frame is connected with a lower surface of the adjusting platform, a lower surface of the fixing frame is connected with the mounting seat, the driving assembly is arranged along a radial direction of the mounting seat and is connected with the fixing frame, and the leveling roller assembly is connected with the lower surface of the fixing frame.

The rapid leveling device for the external field according to claim 4, wherein the leveling roller assembly comprises a connecting lug, a connecting shaft and rollers, the connecting lug is connected with the lower surface of the fixing frame, the connecting shaft penetrates through the connecting lug, and the rollers are rotatably arranged at two ends of the connecting shaft.
- 6. The rapid leveling device for external fields according to claim 5, wherein the outer contour of the connecting lug is U-shaped, and a hole penetrating through the lower end of the connecting lug is provided, and the hole is adapted to the connecting shaft.
- 7. The rapid leveling device for an external field according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment platform is a first circular platform, and a first through hole is provided at a center of the adjustment platform.

The quick leveling device for the external field according to claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises a second circular platform, an adapter, at least three adjusting legs and at least three casters, the three adjusting legs and the three casters are uniformly arranged on the lower surface of the second circular platform through the adapter, the three adjusting legs and the three casters are arranged at intervals, and the positions of the three adjusting legs are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the three height adjusting mechanisms.

The rapid leveling device for an external field according to claim 8, wherein the adapter comprises at least three connecting posts and at least three mounting blocks, the three connecting posts and the three mounting blocks are uniformly arranged on the lower surface of the second circular platform, and the positions of the three connecting posts are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the three height adjusting mechanisms.

The rapid leveling device for an external field according to claim 9, wherein one ends of three connecting posts are respectively connected to the second circular platform, the other ends of three connecting posts are respectively connected to three adjusting legs, one ends of three mounting blocks are respectively connected to the second circular platform, and the other ends of three mounting blocks are respectively connected to three casters.
