Abstract

The color conversion portion, the light reflection portion, and the light absorption portion are integrally formed, and the light emission surface forms a flat plate-like structure. The light reflecting portion reflects light traveling toward the side of the color converting portion, and the light absorbing portion removes light traveling laterally, thereby improving the straightness of the emitted light.

  1. 1.A color conversion member for a light emitting diode, comprising: a color conversion part formed in a plate shape that converts and passes a color of light emitted from the light emitting diode; a light absorbing portion that covers an outer side of the light reflecting portion and is formed at an outer periphery of the light reflecting portion and absorbs light transmitted through the light reflecting portion; The color conversion portion, the light reflection portion, and the light absorption portion are integrally formed, and the light emission portion is in a flat plate shape, the light reflection portion reflects light traveling toward the side face of the color conversion portion, and the light absorption portion removes light traveling laterally, thereby improving straightness of the emitted light.

The color conversion member for a light emitting diode according to claim 1, wherein a side surface of the color conversion portion forms an inclined structure within a depth and the remaining portion is parallel to a light traveling direction, the light reflection portion is a film-like structure covering the side surface of the color conversion portion and is formed partially inclined in the light traveling direction and partially parallel thereto similarly to the color conversion portion, the light absorption portion is a rectangular frame structure, a portion of an inner side surface is an inclined structure and the remaining portion is parallel to the light traveling direction, and an outer side surface is parallel to the light traveling direction, thereby forming a rectangular flat plate-like structure as a whole.

The color conversion member for a light-emitting diode according to claim 1, wherein the light reflection portion is made of any one of aluminum, silver, gold, copper, chromium, titanium oxide, or cerium oxide, and is formed in a film form by attaching it to the color conversion portion by vapor deposition.
  5. 5. The color conversion member for a light-emitting diode according to claim 1, wherein the light absorbing portion is composed of a mixture of glass and carbon powder, and liquid glass and carbon powder are mixed and cured.
  6. 6. The color conversion member for a light-emitting diode according to claim 1, wherein the light absorbing portion is made of chromium oxide or nichrome and is coated outside the light reflecting portion by vapor deposition.

Color conversion component for light emitting diode Technical Field The present invention relates to a color conversion member for a Light Emitting Diode (LED). And more particularly, to a color conversion member for a light emitting diode, which is mounted in front of a light emitting diode chip and radiates by changing the wavelength of light emitted from the light emitting diode.
