A cleaning device for a flue of a material proportioning and dust removing system of a sintering machine, the flue of the material proportioning and dust removing system of the sintering machine comprises a flue main pipe (1), a flue branch pipe (2) and a dust hood (3), the flue main pipe (1) and the flue branch pipe (2) are supported on a flue pipe bracket in a use state, one end of the flue branch pipe (2) facing the flue main pipe (1) is orthogonally connected with the flue main pipe (1) and a flue branch pipe cavity (21) of the flue branch pipe (2) is communicated with a flue main pipe cavity (11) of the flue main pipe (1), the dust hood (3) is connected with one end of the flue branch pipe (2) far away from the flue main pipe (1) and is communicated with the flue branch pipe cavity (21), the cleaning device is characterized by comprising a smoke plate structure scraping mechanism (4), the smoke plate structure scraping mechanism (4) is arranged in the flue branch pipe cavity (21) in a left-right moving mode, a left winding mechanism (5) and a right winding mechanism (6), the left winding mechanism (5) is positioned on the left side of the flue main pipe (1) and is supported on the flue main pipe (1) at a position corresponding to the position of the flue main pipe (1) and the winding mechanism (2) is positioned on the right side of the flue main pipe (2), a first steel wire rope (7) and a second steel wire rope (8), wherein one end of the first steel wire rope (7) is fixed with the left winding mechanism (5), the other end of the first steel wire rope (7) is led into the flue branch pipe cavity (21) from the left outside of the flue main pipe (1) through the flue main pipe cavity (11) and is connected with the smoke plate structure scraping mechanism (4), one end of the second steel wire rope (8) is fixed with the right winding mechanism (6), and the other end of the second steel wire rope (8) is led into the flue branch pipe cavity (21) from the right outside of the flue branch pipe (2) and is also connected with the smoke plate structure scraping mechanism (4), and a group of flue plate structure prewetting softening mechanisms (9) are arranged above the flue branch pipe (2) in a spacing state and are communicated with the flue branch pipe cavity (21).

The cleaning device for a flue of a material proportioning and dust removing system of a sintering machine according to claim 2, wherein the left winding mechanism (5) comprises a support (51) and a winch (52) driven by a motor-driven speed reducer, the support (51) is arranged on the flue pipe support, the motor and the speed reducer are arranged on the support (51), the winch (52) is in transmission connection with the speed reducer, one end of the first wire rope (7) is fixed with the winch, the first wire rope (7) moves the smoke plate shaving mechanism (4) from right to left in a flue branch pipe cavity (21) of the flue branch pipe (2) under the rope collecting condition of the winch (52), the second wire rope (8) is in a rope withdrawing condition on the right winding mechanism (6), when the right winding mechanism (6) works to enable the second wire rope (8) to be in the rope collecting condition, the smoke plate shaving mechanism (4) moves from left to right, and the first wire rope (7) is in the rope withdrawing condition on the winch (52).

The cleaning device for a flue of a material mixing and dust removing system of a sintering machine according to claim 1, wherein a first wire rope penetrating sealing piece (12) is arranged on the pipe wall of the main flue pipe (1) and at a position corresponding to the first wire rope (7), the other end of the first wire rope (7) penetrates through the first wire rope penetrating sealing piece (12) and then enters the flue branch pipe cavity (21) through the main flue pipe cavity (11) to be connected with the dust plate structure scraping mechanism (4), a second wire rope penetrating sealing piece (22) is arranged on the pipe wall of the flue branch pipe at the right end of the flue branch pipe (2) and at a position corresponding to the second wire rope (8), and the other end of the second wire rope (8) penetrates through the second wire rope penetrating sealing piece (22) and then is led into the flue branch pipe cavity (21) to be connected with the dust plate structure scraping mechanism (4).

The cleaning device for the flue of the batching and dedusting system of the sintering machine as set forth in claim 4, wherein the first wire rope wall penetrating sealing member (12) and the second wire rope wall penetrating sealing member (22) are flexible graphite woven packing, polytetrafluoroethylene packing or ceramic fiber packing.
